Kyriad Direct Orleans - Olivet - La Source

A good location, just off the main road. Room and bathroom very small, but for one night not a problem. Secure parking, which for us was essential. A very good restaurant/pizzeria next door.

Been here before, room was fine and clean but bathroom door had a problem trapping me inside the bathroom!

The bathroom door decided to not open from inside despite me not locking it, so trapping me inside. I had to bang on the wall and about for help, luckily the on duty manager heard me and came to my room, opened the door to my room and the bathroom door from outside. Somehow the door handle mechanism worked outside the bathroom but from inside the handle moved but didn't operate the door mechanism. Duty manager said she would report it but when I checked out the following day the new duty manager checked and there was no report logged. The next guest would have been trapped too!

Had to move rooms as electric power sockets didn’t work and bed had wobbly leg. Drains smelt awful in the bathroom and the floor was not clean.

Beddings and towels were fresh. Staff were very helpful given that I do not speak French. Good location, close to tram stations managed to go into the city for exploration.

Just didn’t like the design of the toilet and shower. Entire place was wet after showering. The heating and the wifi weren’t great. Also wish the floors were insulated. Maybe a carpet over the floor as the place was quite cold. Either than what I have mentioned, there weren’t any major issues.

Convenient for restaurants

Rooms extremely small. Took dog with us and she had nowhere to lie

Breakfast was very basic. Really not as expected.

The room was incredibly small. The bed was very close to the window it almost impossible to walk that side. Wouldn’t be able to move the bed as there would then be little room on the other side. The bathroom was also very small how a larger person would manage I dread to think. It wasn’t the cleanest room. ☹️I definitely wouldn’t book this hotel again!

Simple continental breakfast, seating and secure parking for motorcycles. Room clean and quiet.

Everything was adequate.

We arrived to find The Kyriad deserted and empty at Olivet La Source even though we had booked in England weeks earlier

we have left the location directly after we have got an impression. Your place unfortunately does not meet our requirements nor do we appreciate the place (area with juvenile car-races and police at night) and syle.Nevertheless thank you for the friendly reception personnel.

Now has shower and wc. Takes dogs. Cheap, clean. Good simple breakfast. Good choice of eating places close by. Perfect distance and location on a long journey from port to our destination.

Previous rooms had no en suite facilities but plenty of space. Room now cramped but adequate although wonderful en suite shower/wc provision .Original shared toilets had nowhefe to wash hands before returning to room which was disgusting and unhygienic. Big improvement now!

The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were small and cramped, topper on bed, foamy thing, ghastly. Tables outside were right by the bins. It was very noisy. Shower tray could have been cleaner. Extract system should have been cleaned.
