Room was good but not as requested. Problems with breakfast payment etc. Quyen handled the issues very well and efficiently. She is an absolute star.

Room was compact but spotlessly clean and the young man on reception was excellent and very helpful

The risotto my wife had in the restaurant was dreadful. Although tone fair they replaced it with another more expensive meal without fuss and charged us for the less expensive meal

Best Western needs to check this franchise. Well below standard. Small room with bath and shower in a cupboard in bathroom. Expensive and uninspiring 'dinner' and breakfast. Hot items all tepid. Only teaspoons allowed to eat fruit salad with. Grubby floors, rugs, stained seats in 'bar' which had less atmosphere than an airport departure gate and looked out over busy road junction through giant goldfish bowl windows. Nowhere local to take refuge. Lift to underground garage not working, internal stairs locked so guests invited to use external doors and stairs to carry all bags, manage dog etc. Much room to improve. Don't bother stopping here.

A good location for an overnight pit stop as we travelled across France. On-site parking.

Had a service station feel about it. Nothing exceptional, just adequate. Cooking smells in the air from our 4th floor room.

Lovely spacious room on 6th floor....good views of the area.Comfortable bed, good shower and toiletries. Friendly helpful staff. Wide choice at breakfast. Welcome drink. Tram stop just few places from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in great location , lovely quiet rooms. Comfortable beds & pillows, great food, nothing to complain about

Had to pay city tax and as far as I was concerned it was paid on the booking.com site when booking.It was not much and did not argue was on a break and only a few euro but not happy to have paid twice.Drink in hotel was pricy for a bottle of sparkling water and a wine.

Good location and decorated well

WiFi didn’t work and food is expensive. Also the rooms are decorated well, but seem a bit tired like they need a repaint

Garaz, parking 12€, nice restaurant, cute room.

Room was a little small and corridors complimented, but nothing You can’t go through.

Staff were extremely friendly, spa was amazing, food was Devine, rooms were super comfy. Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Amazing cocktails too!

The place design is very nice, the staff very welcoming and the breakfast is worth the money.Spa is also great, nice colors and warmed staff.

The junior suite was not as expected, we hoped for a better separation between beds so it was expensive for the value.

The staff were brilliant. Really helpful and polite. Parking was easy and was offered a free drink at the bar and also free mini bar. Just water and other soft drinks though. A worked a charm in the heat.

It's a little further out of town than Id like but not too bad.

Location, parking, ease to find and size of the room for a family of four

My room was nice, cosy and clean. Shower gel, tissues and some other attention.I've been advised to park somewhere around for free so that's great, I saved 12 euros :).Overall, It was good for one night.

I don't know how works the SPA but my key card didn't allow me the access to the SPA, I assume you have to pay extra to get there (such as a massage), not sure?The coffee machine was broken also. I don't feel confortable reaching out to the Staff since I expect everything is supposed to work fine already.

SPA (but extra to pay) , the fitness, the breakfast. Great location for a stay over.

The walls were thin and we heard some neighbours.

Great breakfast, clean and good size rooms, private parking at a fair price.

Food was very bad only offered BBQ and the meat was stone cold not much choice very little salad in fact they has run out of tomatoes and Beetroot.they used side plates not normal dinner plates.There was no dessert offered. It was a set price which was very expensive for what you got

A lovely hotel with a very large family room ( 2 plus 2 children). Lovely to relax after a long day of driving. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but it looked fab. We did the 10min walk into town for dinner and drinks. Perfect location. Excellent parking.

Our children were disappointed not to be able to use the pool but we understand it is a spa rather than leisure pool.
