Hôtel Beaulieu

Close to the town centre. Late check in available (door code messaged). Private parking available

Breakfast was very basic

the rooms was spacious, exceptionally clean, mattress protectors on bed ,however, need to be on pillows also, great staff

no facility to make a drink in the room, breakfast could be improved with croissants, pain chocolate, I arrived at just gone 7 only one croissant

Nothing did not stay there, found alternative

Room stank of smoke, was messy, laminate floor was broken and lifted/ dangerous.

Small central hotel, location perfect for us. There are a few parking spaces inside the courtyard, one of which the staff took the trouble to reserve for us and that made our stay even more secure and convenient. Finally, I left a jacket behind and the hotel staff (thanks Morgane!) very kindly posted it to me here in the UK.

Flooring peeling off in a few places. But otherwise clean and fine.

Passable

The card to open the hotelroom door didn’t work correctly. It took a long while before we received a new card that worked. The receptionist didn’t help us sufficiently in the first instance because she said that we should use the card in a different way.But only after insisting from our side we received a card that could open the door.

Personell is very friendly and helpful: I would say quality personell. The location of the appartment plus the parking-space available is nice. The room and included shower is good. Nothing luxurious, it get's the job done, which it's all about if you ask me.

I could complain about the style/ambiance/decoration of the room, but considering the price and location, I won't complain about nothing!

Nice shower.

Small room with tired furniture. Tiny bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows. Tight checking hours.

Location of hotel was convenient. The room was small but comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good value.

Simple Hotel good for a nightNot so expensive, breakfast should be included for the price

Enough for a single night

Friendly, helpful staff on arrival..Simple entry system to hotel at all times...good location for me..10 mins from both centre and station..exactly what I was looking for on a rugby weekend

Clean. Convenient for cathedral and food.

Remote access with key code but did not get code. Soon sorted. Main issue is the aircon did not work. Took ages just to get it to blow warm air around. Details say aircon. No staff to help.

Location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Secure parking but only if you request it. Pet friendly. Elevator to ease access.

AC did not work for our room. Decor looks old and tired. No hooks for towels. Reception is awkward for travellers, between 2pm and pm until 5:30 pm. There is no reception, so call and get access code during those hours. Staff was friendly and tried their best to facilitate, especially when our room door access card did not work, including the spare one. Unfortunately, this happened during the no reception hours! So it was painful for both us ( very hot waiting for help), and for the receptionist who had to come during non reception hours!

The location of the hotel is rather good, about a 10 minute walk to the city centre of Clermont. It also has a supermarket, boulangerie and some fast food places around the corner.

The room was tight and the quality of the service was limited, but for the price, overall it was fair.

A good clean hotel with a secure car park in a central part of C-F.

Easy local parking, not too expensive, and great location for local restaurants. Very helpful staff

Very good value for money, parking for reasonable price and a nice breakfast for a resonable price

Instructions how to book in advance the parking. We were lucky it was available upon arrival

Hotel is ok for sleep and go. People are great.

We search for parking space, they say that is not in the price, but we ask for parking space, we have to park on the street. We ask for parking to pay more money, they wan't give us. So that is bad but anyway it's ok.

convenient location and good value

the bed dipped in the middle and the walls are paper thin
