It was clean and efficient. No additional frills but exactly what i was looking for. Breakfast was very good

Information provision was poor. If you were unable to use the QR code it was absent

Quite noisy from other guests in the middle of the night.

It was a very spacious and comfortable room and so close to the centre of the city. An excellent breakfast was provided.

The room has a musty smell when I first step in. Also the towel looks yellowish.

room was clean and staff were very helpful. bathroom was large and had a good shower .

radiator was very noise needed bleeding .room was very dark the lamp in the corner did not work , so there was only one small light at the side off the bed to light all the bed room .

Good location, room was clean and tidy.Had a car park though you had to pay for it.

Our shower didn’t drain properly and overflowed on to the bathroom floor. We reported to reception but they didn’t come and sort it as promised and our room was never serviced.

Location, ease of checking in, room cleaned each day without having to ask, rooms and overall hotel been upgraded and to a modern finish.

Minor point, rooms incredibly warm even with no heating on, AC unit not working (accepting it is Dec) bathrooms do not have air extraction leading to slight but noticeable damp smell.

This was my second time staying here. Both times I was given a room with a balcony and a view. Which was nice. No electrical socket next to the bed. This second time I noticed that the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. AT ALL. Which is not good. Not secure. The clerk at the front desk, seeming unconcerned, said that none of the rooms with balconies have locking doors. I asked for a room that that had windows that locked. Got one in the back. It was ok. Not nearly as nice. But for one night I wasn't going to make a fuss. However, this will probably be the last time I stay at this hotel.

Good central location. Friendly staff who were really nice and accommodating about motorcycle parking.

I'm believe the wifi may have been compromised. Shower did not keep the water in the tub very well at all.

No milk to make tea or coffee. Was woken up a few times due to noisy singing drunk men !

The location is great. It is right in the center of the city. The rooms was tidy, clean and quiet, with some view. Parking was at a fairly reasonable price available.

Availability of staff was to be asked for and staff was not fully attentive to the requests. Felt at times as if it didn't matter that we were there.

Very central location to the city centre. Easy to find and park. Room was spacious, bed was comfotable and the shower facilities were good.

Breakfast was OK but not inspiring.

We got a good size room with a double and a single bed. The beds are good. They have pillows that form themselves after you. The room has AC. The location is good.

The toilette was separate from the basin and shower, but didn’t have any basin for washing your hands after, you had to go to the shower room for that. The door was squeezing very noisily. Wall to wall carpet is in my view not very hygienic and can cause allergies.

Comfortable room, Good bathroom and breakfast with comprehensive choice of hot and cold buffet.

Access to the garage was difficult and reception staff only spoke french. My french is limited so some knowledge of english is useful'

Do not stay on first floor specially in the rooms turned to the back. You will stay at the car park level.

We booked this hotel after 18:00 with our filters being 'parking' and 'breakfast'.When booking, we sent a remark to the hotel explaining we needed parking (we had just bought a new car that morning and were on our way home).After receiving an initial message confirming our booking we then received a message saying 'Request approved'.Upon arrival we were told that there was no parking left.We had to leave our new car on the main street outside.Also, rooms are stark, no decoration at all!
