Great customer service, location and facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Parking entry is difficult to find, no possibility/place to stop in front of the hotel reception

The location was good, as was the facilities in the room. The staff were friendly and patient with my very limited French.

We arrived about 18:30, spent ages trying to get a response from reception to access the car park. I eventually left the car and went into reception and again waited for a member off staff to assist me. Eventually once checked in we asked about booking a table in the restaurant, only to be told the at the restaurant was closed and the member of staff was working alone, but we could have basic food in the bar. We went and ordered some drinks and saw a pizza menu and enquired about it and was told it ended at 19:00. We had driven over 600 miles and we’re not pleased. We ordered more drinks and a delivery pizza which was amazing. We felt sorry for the only member of staff doing everything, and when we checked out they had removed the bar bill. I’m guessing as an apology which was very nice of them. I would stay here again as the restaurant being closed wasn’t the staffs fault.

Well maintained modern hotel- underground great parking. Staff friendly.

Was a bit confusing as hotel had changed name between booking and arrival so a few circuits of the area trying to find it!! Hotel was ideal for short stay

The hotel looked lovely and was in a great central location.

The staff when we arrived were not very friendly and gave the impression that they didn't much like the English!! The staff in the morning were much nicer.

Patking cost € 15, although this was Not decernible from the offering.It was Not possible to get decaffeinated coffee, as the staff did. Not know how to use the machine.The room was small with only a small window.The Bath needs some refurbishing.

Excellent staff, comfortable room and quiet. Great value. Near tram and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to Place Jaude.

Roadworks outside and signs did not give Kyriad Prestige but Radisson. Luckily our taxi driver knew

We arrived late booked online then when we got there after a lot of travel they said it was full and also no parking it was full the man at the desk for extreme rude and even mocked us as we wore leaving laughing and sniggering at us very rube

Comfortable bed, clean, car parking available and convenient located

The name of the hotel had changed. We had no information that ir had, and as a result had difficultly finding it. The bar was closed so after returning from our evening out couldnt have night cap

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous clean room, easy underground parking with lift up to our room, made everything super easy. Everything was perfect. We are on a European road trip, and we have to say the breakfast was absolutely stunning, very fresh and tasty, set us up for our trip to Italia.

Nothing at all, we can’t wait to return in the near future.

New room after the original I got was reported for stinking of cigarettes.

Location, lack of access or any notification that absolutely all access routes are closed, the fact that the name of the hotel was changed to Radiuss and nobody bothered to inform me of that so I was looking for the Kyriad Premium like an idiot for half an hour, the fact the hotel was announced as one with secured parking but when I arrived the reception said that it is full and I can park my motorcycle on a pavement in front of a reception (nice shout- NOT. Two new harley davidsons right on sight in a busy city... what a joke. Plus why the assumption that I am willing to break the law and ride motorcycle on a pedestrian zone). The receptionist told me i can cancel knowing full well that I cannot as this right expired at 6pm. I was in the area at 5:20pm and could have done that but took me over 60 mins to find this place walking around and then circling around the city trying to find an accessible route that is not under construction. Room stunk like an ashtray but she eventually gave me a new one which was ok apart from the fact that towels smelled like old kitchen cloth. 4 stars? Good joke. Maybe they drew 3 of them themselves when changing the name all over the hotel amenities including shampoo bottles but did not bother to change the name online so that guests actually know what they are looking for. Another receptionist made weird faces in the morning when she had to look for a change from 20 euroes when I had to pay 4 euro city tax in cash cause she had no card machine. Plus another receptionist smoke cigarettes at night next to my motorcycle when I looked through the window to check if these are still there. One guest who saw me making a scene at the reception, told me that it was a high time someone did that when we met at the elevators later on. Absolute joke. I had far better experience at 3 or even 2 star hotels and I know what I am talking about. Sleeping in about 40-50 hotels a year as I am travelling a lot both for laisure and business.

The location.

When booking this hotel, we had read in recent reviews that there were construction works in front of the hotel and that access was an issue. The hotel also advertises having parking. Keeping this in mind, about four hours before our arrival we messaged the hotel asking for precise directions on how to reach both the entrance and the parking, since we had many suitcases and the forecast showed rain upon our arrival. Their response was simply that despite the works, we could reach the hotel “normally.” When we insisted on more detailed instructions, they told us just to “use Google Maps.” When we specifically asked about how to access the hotel’s parking, we received no clear reply. Needless to say, Google Maps led us directly into the construction area, which was closed. At night, in heavy rain, in a foreign city, we had to carry five suitcases across mud, construction sites, and flooding to finally arrive at the hotel.Four minutes before arriving, we called once again for final directions, but still ended up having to wait at reception for 5–10 minutes because the only staff member available was serving in the restaurant. When we explained the situation with the messages and the lack of help, instead of offering any apology on behalf of the hotel, he just handed us the room key and said he wasn’t the one who had answered our messages, so it wasn’t his problem. When asked again in person where the hotel parking was, he told us simply to use the private parking across the street, which was uncovered. We are still not convinced that the hotel actually has the parking they advertise and even if it does it is not used.When we had to go pick up the car again, we left all our luggage at reception. Only when I specifically asked if he would be staying there (instead of going back to the restaurant) did he suggest moving them into a storage room – but he did not make any effort to help me carry them.

Room decor was great and being on the 5th floor gave us a great view. Good bed and shower facilities. Private parking a huge bonus. Good breakfast!

More info about how to access the underground parking would be good, we just found it by accident because the main road was closed.

Nothing special about the hotel, car park really tight to park and difficult to access.Short staffed

Comfortable, what you would expect from a Kyriad.

In the middle of road works at the moment. We thought that breakfast was a little expensive at 19 euros! We've had very similar for 12 euro!

Did Not have breakfast far to expensive much more money than we normally pay We had breakfast in a lovely little cafe near by
