Spacious and clean family room.

Situated slightly outside of the town.

The room was good and clean.

The staff had a really bad attitude and was very arrogant! They put us in a room under a wrong name and wanted to charge the room even though we had payed in advance.The breakfast was also really poor, all of the fruit was not ripe and the choices were very limited.

Good for an overnight stay during a road trip. There is a possibility to park for free on the next street next to the hotel.

The room we stayed in did not match the photos on Booking.The check-in process could be better - we were given a non-working key card and had to go back to exchange it.There was nothing hot at breakfast (which is not included in the price!) - the egg tray was empty, but no one replenished it for 40 minutes and I saw that other guests were also disappointed by this. Ok, if you want a coffee and a sandwich for 12 euros per person, but I'd rather go to a cafe for that money.

We had a good Breakfast there’s variety to choose from.

Bathroom smells sewage and musty. We didn’t sleep the night it was terrible. But good thing its just one night! The reception knew about it we told them but seems they cant do anything it.

Lovely clean room with super comfy beds. Great breakfast.

Charged breakfast for 5 even though 5th person did not come to stay in the hotel. Water in shower was lukewarm and no one there to sort it.

Friendly staff and easy to find. Tram stops right outside the door and it’s free on a weekend.

Lovely and helpful members of staff, secure parking, EV charging, right opposite Tram stop, big enough room, very comfortable beds, good soundproofing, very small gym (but at least there is one!)

-Staff is very courteous and very professional-The room is clean, well arranged, with clean design and has all we needed, not more. You don’t have to worry taking drinks from the mini-bar in the room. It’s included.-The restaurant in the hotel is worth it (good food at a reasonable price)-The location is great, right next to a tram station. -I did appreciate that they mention the possibility to find free parking around the hotel and not just push clients to use the hotel’s private parking. I eventually did not need to pay for parking

Nothing I can particularly think of.

The room was spacious, and clean. The bed very comfortable. The food at dinner that evening in the restaurant was really good and served by lovely staff. Breakfast the next morning offered great variety and again well cooked and presented.

In truth there was nothing I didn't like. The hotel suited our needs and was well priced and convenient for your onward journey. It ticked all the right boxes in that regard and if I was going that way again I wouldn't bother looking for another hotel I'd just go to this one. No brainer.

The rooms were clean, as well as the bathroom, and there is a private parking lot with cameras.It went as expected and the reception was wonderful, especially from Mr. Hassan

If there were a small door for the shower while bathing, it would be better.

Clean, nice and quiet room, great beds, easy parking and access in/out the city. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Can't beat the value for money!

Good secure car parking but chargeable at 6 Euros per night. All the staff were helpful, polite, and thankfully for us spoke English. We spoke in what little french we know. Evening dinner was good value, but the choice could be extended to have more vegetarian options.

We had a standard double room, and it was a little cramped regarding space for our cases. It's probably better to upgrade to a larger room if you are staying for more than 1 night, so you're not tripping over the cases all the time.

Nice hotel, some parking but not many spaces. 30 minutes walk to old town.

I have 3 charges on my credit card instead of one. Its annoying to have to check if 2 drop off, even though I asked at check in. Not a good policy.

The restaurant was good and had an outdoor area. The staff were also good. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, although quite small.

The entrance to the hotel was disgraceful and dangerous. The broken tiles were a trip hazard, and it looks like they had been broken for a long time. Hotel management should be ashamed.

Staff were really helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English which was a help

The room was noisy, central heating/boiler starting up every few minutes....all night! Unfortunately we had some very noisy next door neighbours who shouted very loudly, until the early hours of the morning.

The room was smaller than expected but was nice and neat. The En suite was compact yet modern. Bed was nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient with a tram stop in front of the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Breakfast is not worth the cost. Better to spend it in a cafe for a proper breakfast.

Great hotel with big and comfortable rooms for a family of 4. Great value, the staff was really helpful.
