Hygiene was poor,bed was dress with very dirty sheets

What I like about Ibis budget is that we know what to expect anywhere around the world, the amenities are basic yet the esential is present: decent bed, cleanliness and good breakfast

The overall stay was great! For breakfast, some items were missing a label: there were no labels for yoghurt and cream (simple mixup when serving)

Great location, conveniently placed and reasonably priced

The room was overlooking an extremely busy road and given the fact there wasn’t any AC contrary to what was advertised on the reservation we had to try to sleep with an open window and an enormous sound of road noise

The room was large, very clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant

The room very small and they did not had any hairdryer or shampoo on it. One small towel in the room but I was there to only sleep for the night. It can be better.

Location is good

Extremely noisy during the night. Every step you make is heard from another bedroom. And the neighboors staying there were very poorly educated, yelling, laughing and moving things during the night. Horrible experience. Changed bedrooms twice, one was very smelly.

The Price

Location. We were driving from Spain to England and I booked the wrong hotel . I thought it was closer to the main road

I stayed for only one night. Rooms are small, but it's ok for short stays.The staff is friendly and they speak English, which was very helpful for me as I do not speak French.There is parking available at site (with a fee for covered parking)Clean room, sheets and towels.Breakfast was nice, with several options.

The bed was comfortable, but pillows are extremely small. I think bigger pillows (or more pillows, since there were only two) would help to bring more comfort to guests sleep.

Very convenient and the price was fantastic. Really comfy beds. The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was really tight

Dreadful nylon sheets made us sweat all night. POTENTIAALY DANGEROUS overhanging bunk bed oncwhich I hit my head several times

Check-in at 12:00 and Check-out at 12:00. Time to relax and enjoy. Very rare these days!Very good buffet breakfast.

It was a pleasant enough hotel - was surprised to see it join to a normal IBIS doesn’t mention this on booking.com - . Room was fine, small but clean . Quiet and aircon worked . Had decent blackout blinds . The restaurant attached served a decent meal and was staffed with some lovely waitresses, who were working very hard to keep customers fed and satisfied.

Sadly the Bed was really hard and uncomfortable, having a good night sleep is a fundamental for any stay . The staff were very unwelcoming, in attitude, in both the IBIS hotels on site . Breakfast was chaotic - we attended at 08.15 , nothing was topped up - no Yougurt in dish , fruit almost nothing , orange juice was empty . No bread for toast . Jams jars were empty both strawberry& apricot , very few croissants. The staff need to ensure these are full at beginning of service and continue to regularly check & top up . I did ask for the orange to be topped up and was met with a sigh ☹️ . Left feeling we would need to have another breakfast on route to our next stop . I note with interest that A suggestion made by many of the reviews requested that a kettle and a hairdryer be made available - although this has clearly not been forthcoming , it would be a useful addition.

Good underground parking. Good value for money. On site restaurant food was good. Breakfast good value.

Being 2m tall, the room was physically too small. Mattress had some sort of plastic protector which made it hot and sweaty to sleep on.

This was one of 3 places we stayed in Clermont-Ferrand and definitely our least favourite. This is a budget hotel but there is much better places to stay for a similar price. Room was very small and toilet stank! Would definitely NOT recommend.
