ibis Styles Clermont Ferrand Sud La Pardieu

They offered breakfast

This hotel met our needs and the staff were very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good value.

Very convenient stop off, close to the motorway, rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were friendly. Quite a few restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was not good value at all, very limited choices and a lot of things had run out. Real waste of money. Pool & gym area are tiny.

Shower in the bath Not ideal for older people

We arrived just when there was a power cut. Obviously the receptionist was a bit nervous and she could not do the check in as she was on the phone trying to sort out the problem. She was concerned with the safety of her current customers but she let us know what was happening and dealt with the incident very professionally and with a smile. We went to have food while she was dealing with the issue and on our way back everything was fine, she was relaxed and very friendly. As usual we like this hotel for the comfy beds, pillows, the cleanliness and the late check out that allows us to use the swimming pool in the morning.

This hotel is becoming one of our favourite on our way from the UK to South of France (and back). Being able to check out late and enjoy the swimming pool in the morning is really a bonus with the kids.

Convenient for Autoroute and with nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Not near the town centre

The location is ideal when using the autoroute. The room was quiet.

I requested a room with a shower but was given one with a bath. I had to go back to reception to get the correct one.Breakfast on Sunday morning was very busy. There were insufficient staff to cope. I had to wait for clean crockery. I had to wait for some items on the buffet to be replaced. The standards at this hotel are not as good as when we first stayed there.

Third stay here, great place and only 2 mins off the motorway, but it’s so quiet, easy 4 minutes walk to an Aldi and cool bar across the road.

The room is perfect, the breakfast very nice, the staff friendly and helpful and we loved using the swimming pool in the morning

Friendly and helpful staff . Located close to motorway and shopping centre nearby . Good parking facilities and nice indoor pool . Good breakfast with local produce on offer , catered well for Gluten free .

Nothing much , maybe the carpet could have been cleaner or alternative flooring would be a more hygienic option.

The very helpful staff and location just off autoroute

Area around the pool

everything was lovely room, location and staff.

breakfast wasn't to our liking and no English tea.

Location, access to autoroute and nearby restaurants

Room wasn’t as clean as it could be.Breakfast wasn’t as good as normal. Lots of things missing

Spotless, good location for a stopover on way to Cherbourg

Couldn’t get any food when arrived albeit it was late

Staff were fantastic, perfect location, easy to find and had a great night's sleep. Room was clean and tidy, Lidl around the corner and plenty of choice for places to eat. Free parking and breakfast was also a perk!

Memory foam pillows excellent. Quiet for a good nights sleep. Irish pub (Kellys) nearby accommodating.Good breakfast.Big car park

Nothing jumps to mind.

Nice sized comfortable room. Breakfast choices quite good

Not enough seating in the breakfast area at busy times but thoroughly understand the logistics of throughput of people

Well located, good price/quality

A big spider in the room

Very good location, close to the highway and easy to reach but still quiet.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as well as the carpet
