Convenient location with onsite parking. Modern & comfortable room with a quirky design aesthetic that was fun. Lady checking us in was kind. Upgraded our room at no charge as Mother and I were traveling together and preferred two beds. Kudos to staff!

There was some construction or repair going on in the room above us that woke us with hammering. We let the front desk know and eventually it subsided. They provided complimentary breakfast, coffee, and cokes as we worked on our itinerary in the lobby.

The automatic pancake machine at breakfast was a big hit with the family. The restaurant next door was also great for dinner.

It was difficult to find a first-hand report; the room has a musty /damp smell, and certainly did not look like the photos on the web. Maybe they are renovating? The rooms were clean but worn and shabby. It was clean, though, other than the smell.

The musty smell made us unable to sleep, we were in room 11 if you ever stay there...

It was just ok

The rooms were disgusting and nothing like the reviews or photos, the bathroom was beyond a joke, cracked tiles in shower and it was impossible to go to the toilet without your face being squashed against the wall. Paper cups in the bathroom and for the tea tray and what a joke that was not a lot of choice on the tray.The room smelt stale when you went in the bed clothes needed airing they felt damp. The carpet down the hall way was filthy and stained. The fan was humming all night long. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Great breakfast. The room for two parents and two kids was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a pool.

This hotel offers good value for the price. It’s conveniently located near the highway, making it a great option for a stopover. We stayed in a nicely renovated and clean family room for four people. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel, with fresh orange juice and Pancakes for the kids.

Convenient stop on long trip, hotel is on outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand and in a quiet street. We like the family rooms and found the new spacious and light filled breakfast room great.

Few niggly bits like lights not working properly and soap in shower not filled.

It looked as it does in the photos. Modern and fresh and clean. Had a mini fridge which is always handy. The beds were big and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice, including a pancake machine where you just press a button and can watch the pancake being freshly made. It was located about a 5 min walk from a tram stop into the main town.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it, like smelly drains.

Great location close to the periphery of the city and easily accessible from the highway. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice and diverse. A big plus is the onsite free parking, making it a great stopover place. The staff was very nice as well.

Hotel Renovation happening whilst we were there and also room had low ceiling due to roof so we keep hitting our heads half of the room

Was a perfect location for breaking our car journey through France. Had all the basic needs and location. The 10% off at the Steak restaurant next door we just right for a quick meal. The hotel was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Clean. Polite. Easy check-in. Email communication was fantastic and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. All needs met.

No pool for my girls to swim in. It was in the google pictures. But not there any more. They are renovating at this moment.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment to rest. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Parking was easy and convenient, making arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.

The hotel recommended the nearby Buffalo Grill restaurant, but unfortunately the staff there were not very attentive or courteous. While this does not reflect directly on the hotel itself, it did affect the overall experience. A different recommendation for dining might improve the guest experience.
