room and bathroom were big and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is very good

we should have taken the option of a room on the backside of the hotel. The front rooms are very noisy

Parking is a challenge but once you know it is ok

A well located hotel in the centre of Clermont Ferrand. Very conveniently, parking is found in the shopping centre underneath, a short walk to the hotel. The breakfast was superb, one of the best we have experienced. The rooms are modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

Nothing to mention except perhaps some milk in the room with the tea/coffee supplies.

Wish I could have made it to breakfast, but was sleeping in after a long journey—-which the ultra comfy bed made possible! Loved the crisp, cool linens!!!Really(!!) like that the reception area was two levels up from the rez-de-chaussée and persons desiring entrance had to ring the bell and be identified before being granted entree to the property.Staff had great energy—quiet, but very(!!!) present. Every one of them —at night and in the morning- had old world manners with a modern perspective—very charming! They were most helpful in storing my luggage after I had checked out until my ride arrived.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in to find my large modern and extremely comfortable room at the center of the town. Not only that, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Pillows wer uncomfortable? Aircon was terrible , the shower and the shower screen were useless

The location is unsurpassable! Right in the middle of the city, with a well functioning parking garage right under the hotel.

Nothing. It's a little odd that the reception is not directly accessible from the entrance, but the security measures take care for that.

Car parking is convenient.

There was a loud, party, gathering, outside the hotel which kept us awake for many hours

Exceptional location. The lobby had this amazing scent. Beds were comfortable.

The parking situation was a bit clunky. They helped us book a place in the end though.

I was in a business trip and it was a great experience to stay at Mercure. Exceptional breakfast, amazing crew and excellent installations. Looking forward for the next stay !

Modern clean and central with good access to parking

Hotel is lovely and in perfect location. Staff were really welcoming and very king to our little dog, he was allowed in the restaurant for breakfast with us too which was perfect.

The room had few electrical and USB sockets, and the position of the TV set was awful! Logging into the wifi was strange, and the front desk said that a new system had been installed in the previous week. (It seemed like a week should have been enough time to work out the kinks.) The front desk person was obviously new, as she seemed fairly clueless about many things and had to keep asking a co-worker how to do things. (We expected more professionalism from Mercure.)I had to find an employee because all of the coffee urns at the breakfast bar had run out of water: they were all hanging out at the front desk.

Friendly and efficient staff. Central position and good car parking (for a fee). Good choice for breakfast.

The staff were friendly, rooms comfortable and clean, breakfast rich enough and good quality. It is centrally located.

For a 4 star hotel I expected it to have a sauna. But unfortunately not.

A comfortable and relaxed hotel which is dog friendly. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and they organised a dog friendly restaurant booking. Parking was really easy, secure and discounted for the hotel. Location was perfect to explore Clermont-Ferrand. Highly recommend
