Welcoming and helpful staff at night and in the morning. Close to Del Arte restaurant. All good.

Removated F1 hotel. We chose a room with bathroom for a few euro's extra and it came with quite a big shower. Bed was comfortable. At the reception they spoke english.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Very small bed but to be expected from a formula 1 hotel.

2 minutes drive off the main route convenient parking room was clean and comfortable

Staff was absent most of the time from the front desk when I needed them.I wasn’t offered a towel and nobody was there to give me one when I needed it.

Stuff with the reception lady, which was available 24/7 The clean bed sheet and the sound isolation when the hotel was just beside the highway .The cleaning lady also was doing her job passionately. ??

Tiny Room and bathroom looks like u are in a tiny city when there was enormous space .Price was a little bit rised compared to the Area .

Not a nice old man at the reception desk was doing something on the computer and I had to wait 10 minutes until a lady came and served me and I was pressed for time

Perfect location for a stop-off on the way from Suffolk to Collioure and then Spain. Budget prices too!

Everything was acceptable

We had to wait 1 hour and a half around midnight with 2 small kids after 6 hours of driving for the receptionist to validate our booking reservation and call the booking help desk without any positive results. Thank God the manager resolved the issue after a long wait.

Cockroaches

Noise. People smoking weed out the front foyer. Plus I showed photos to receptionist in the morning of two cockroaches in the room. He just sat on the chair & said ok. Not good at all I would like a refund because of the cockroach’s

All the staff were so niceReceptionist in night shit very helpful Because their was a issue with payment They had no received the payment had to show them email and payment taken from my accountIn the morning when I left still had not been receivedGoing back to uk I started feeling itchy my whole body is full of swollen red bites and my daughter has them as well .I am very unhappy with the situation I had reserved 2 rooms1 room was my son in law and he was fine2 room was youngest daughter me and my dog and the 2 of us have been biten.

The staff is extremely friendly, I was very surprised how clean they are considering have to share showers and toilets.

Nothing I don't like about it, specially for the price that we have paid.

AC was broken in my room, wasn't comfy. At least, the weather was nice. Also, no soap provided.

It was ready when we arrived. The personell was friendly.

At 03:30 Am the cleaning personell startet cleaning the floor and toilets with very loud tools. I wasn't able to sleep afterwards, so I recommend ear protection.

Good location near the motorway. Quiet. Clean room - wifi etc. Good value.

Why do you have to pay the tax with a card when there the reception desk is manned? i have to pay exchange rates on my credit card so paying such a small amount doesn't make sense when |I had the change.
