The restaurant was lovely and food was very good. Staff was also very nice and friendly.

Lovely hotel, only 10 minutes walk into town, lots of bars & restaurants nearby.

The location is very convenient. The fitness and spa facilities are appropriately equipped.

The signage for entering the parking area is quite challenging. Providing clearer instructions on how to access the parking when sending the reservation confirmation would be highly helpful.

Perfect location but photos over exaggerate the spa and room area

Lots of homeless in the entrance. Sad and I’m not saying move them on. But during the day. Blankets and clothing just lying around. Smelly too.

Disappointing

The room was overlooked by an apartment block - no privacy. Net curtains are required to avoid keeping the curtains drawn until dressed. It is the first hotel I have stayed in where I have had to pay for parking at the facility! Appalling.Dinner menu very limited.

Clean, friendly and informative staff and within easy walking distance to the centre. Car park is a reasonable price and we were able to leave the car whilst we explored the next day at no extra charge.

We loved our one night stay there. The staff were very welcomed and helpful. Room very clean and comfy. Jacuzzi and steam room included in the price. Great location, very close to city centre and variety of restaurants.

The underground car park was really good. Loads of spaces and not ridiculously cramped like many French underground hotel car parks can be. Had a great meal in the restaurant.

Superb

We had a fantastic ,panoramic mountain view from the tomst floor. All staff was exceptionally friendly, We really felt at home.

Good-sized room with large shower area. Lovely view from the bedroom. Lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel should be much clearer about parking. They have very limited spaces but may I suggest they delete that they have parking and direct people to the open carpark 100 metres away

Smell in the hallways

Welcoming staff. They always said 'Bonjour' or 'Bonsoir' when I walked past reception. Willing to explain everything and to help in every way. Wished me well as I left hoping I'd come back next year.

Breakfast was a bit pricey and so I only had one breakfast. Bread wasn't the lovely fresh warm baguette type that I expect to see in France. Staff were friendly though. Not a very nice view from the dining room. Bit of a back room.

Luxury hotel, well located, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was to die for, the service in the restaurant great, waitressing at its best. Full attention for the guest.

I appreciated everything.

Not able to use the on-site parking.Reception staff not very well informed about other parking facilities that offered an overnight safe location.
