ibis Clermont Ferrand Montferrand

Either is this hotel brand new or recently renovated, it looked quite new! I really like the decor in the room, the shower was great, great room size! Air conditioning worked well and silently. There is an open parking in front of the hotel, and a secure parking below it. I could leave my motorbike in front of the reception.Something special about Clermont-Ferrand: the public street lightning is shut off during the night, this gives you a really dark sky in the middle of the night!

I was waiting 35 minutes in front of desk at 23 :00 because key was not working for me and no mater how many times I call that bell no one was comming . I was forced to go to kitchen and try to find some one available to solve my problem , and guy was very upset that I entry to kitchen,Another problem was to order dinner on restaurant , but stuff did not took our order because they took another 3 person in front of us and even if we say that we will go to room we have ansser that chief did not want to coock for us .On breackfast omlette was from pouder and full of flour.

The breakfast was poor lots of the food on the counter wasn't replaced when they needed refilling So a cup of coffee and a piece of toast wasn't worth the money we paid for breakfast

I stay just for a night with no breakfast. It was clean and big enough room

The staff were super welcoming and helpful with the questins we had. Perfect for one night stay whilst travelling.

The rooms were slithly to basic, would have been nice to have a kettle in the rooms.

Restaurant and bar available. The hotel is not far off the motorway and easy to find.

All was good

Due to a breakdown we had to change our booking by a day and the hotel accommodated this which was great. Breakfast was good.

Working air-conditioning. Quiet room.Good WiFi. Immaculately clean. Excellent choices at breakfast.

Attached Courtpaille restaurant only just adequate with argumentative waiting staff. Don't like rubberised mattress toppers on bed.

Very old air conditioner not working

We had room 113 and air conditioner was not working. It was 36 celcius outside! Receptionist came to check cause manager didn’t believe and they said the hotel was full so they couldn’t do anything. We couldn’t sleep from heat and were miserable the whole night.

Great to have free parking on site, easily accessible from the autoroute. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was beautifully clean and accommodating for our children. Although quite central, the soundproofing was excellent.

The location is good for passing through but not walking distance for city centre with young children - fine for us as we were just stopping over but if you wanted to access the very centre, public transport is available.

The room was clean (as expected) and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. This was the perfect stop over from Grenoble on our way to the Dordogne.

Fairly easy to find, clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Good for our dogs too!

We stayed in August for two nights on our way through France to Spain, we really liked the hotel, the very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, underground parking for 5 Euros, excellent breakfast, etc. On our return to the UK we chose this same hotel to rest for one night. Everything was perfect.
