The layout of the room was fantastic, it was very clean and separating the toilet from the bathroom works well with families

No concerns about the hotel itself. Would prefer to be closer to the city center.

Great location to see the rugby and also on the tram line and the trans were free on the weekend. Our room had a small kitchen and the toilet was separate from the bathroom which had a bath and shower. Loads of secure parking so we were able to leave our hire car in the car park. We didn’t try the breakfast as went in to town.

Could do with more tea bags maybe a breakfast tea and some milk sachets

Not much, really.

They made us pay for breakfast upon check-in, the previous night, that is,, meanwhile my partner did not have breakfast as she had to leave the hotel early to finalise wedding preparations with the bride at another hotel a few kilometres away . I informed the hotel of this development at breakfast and at check-out but up to now I have not been re-imbursed the portion which was not utilised. The breakfast was too expensive, not value for money, i.e, the next day we had better breakfast at nearby restaurants for almost half what we paid at the hotel. In addition, we were with our 14-year old daughter and the room separation/partition did not correspond to what we expected.

Value for money - we needed 1 overnight stay on our journey to have rest. Room was good, clean, spacious and equipped with basics. Bed was comfortable and surprisingly not smelly pillows :)

Breakfast was way too basic. Powder milk, no veggies… didn’t like it at all

The suite was adequate inside. But in general the accommodations were mediocre at best. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was terrible. We had searched booking.com for a hotel in the center of town. But this one was on the outskirts (30 minute walk) and located in a seedy part f town. The hotel had a worn feel.

room spacious compared to room size in France, great location just on the tram station and 8 mins wake from the train station

Very good comfort in the room and hotel in general. Excellent breakfast. Private subterrenean parking for 12 €. Location good: 20 minutes walk to get to city centre, or a short direct tramway ride (which we did not take) with stop just in front of the hotel. A/C and lift ok. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Staff genuinely welcoming and helpful. Very polite and cheerful. Room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was first class.

No charger available for electric cars although I asked before.
