- no breakfast..but it's don't mind..it's ok. still satisfy with the room and service
- Generally pretty good. Comfortable place. Location was good. Wifi seems very patchy in alot of spots, as i could see quite a few hotspots in the hotel, and elevator doesnt work.

- One specific staff member. Everyone i had met was very nice, easy enough to talk to and willing to help. One staff in particular (name was James) was incredibly hard to deal with. Similarly, his coworker with glasses but not nearly as bad. From the get go he already had a terrible attitude. We werent able to use the wifi in our room and asked if he could help. He came to our room, originally denying we were having any issues, and after seeing we were right said hed go get us help. After waiting for a very long time and putting off going about our day, we came downstairs to ask where he went only to find out he had gone out to have a leisurely lunch and to leave us hanging. On a second occasion my partner went down and asked for help once again and was left waiting down stairs for another very long time. Only to be left hanging once again when he said hed get back to us. If you cant help us, just say so - where is your honour in making empty promises and wasting our time? Not only this, his attitude and tone in talking to us made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Ive never immediately disliked anyone as much as this. Why work in hospitality if you dont want to talk to others? Treating people with respect goes a long way - we were nothing but smiley and polite, so why be so rude back?
