Parking limited, aircond need to wait longer to cool, staff just do their task not so polite not so friendly. But still acceptable. For that price I think it's worth from all facilities.

Cheap and good value. Staff kept my bicycle in the conference room overnight. Breakfast included - sure, it was basic (toast, noodles and coffee), but it set me up perfectly for a day on the bike.

Very worth the money. You got a twin bed room with a private toilet and it's less than 100RM per night. There's a window where you can look for village view.
We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was the same. The worst is, sugar can and butter can were covered with ants. Ants crawling across the table and it seems not a disgusting problem to them

Location is quite easy to find. Hotel faciities quite ok and room is clean. The room rate is quite reasonable. Breakfast also considered ok eventhough not many food choice just nasi lemak and toast bread.
Bed and pillow not that comfortable. However is justifiable with the price. Rain drop noise dripping on the metal deck outside the window is very bothering the night sleep.
Easy access to shops, restaurant and small town of Raub.
Located in small area, don't expect much.
