Pros +
- Arguably the worst meal I have ever been presented with. Barely cooked fillet steak (and I eat medium rare), something purporting to be pastry and yuck veggies. The hotel was fine…very comfortable bed.
- The staff was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Although one of your staff members gave my family member the room number and they came knocking on my door for security purposes. I did not appreciate that.
- single night stop over with friends. great, vibrant center with plenty of eateries. 10/15 min walk.
Cons -
- My room was very dusty unfortunately, my first checked in, although they did have daily cleaning service, which was appreciated and the breakfast was the same thing every day
- Not the easiest to find the entrance to the car park. Only one member of staff available to sign people in and service the bar.
- Hotel looks very rundown & shabby from the outside but ok inside.Restaurant closed on weekends so we had to search for somewhere to eat. Bit strange to close a restaurant on the busiest days.

Good motorbike parking. Close to the main parts of town. Basic rooms but nice, quiet and comfy.

Very comfortable beds.Good breakfast.Clean & tidy.Ample parking

Our second stay here. Well located, very spacious family room, well appointed. Good buffet breakfast.
Staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Private parking. Food was nice.
Exterior of hotel looks very scruffy and we almost went somewhere else, but inside was much better. Wash basin is in separate room to toilet. Hotel slightly outdated. Very limited menu with no vegetarian options.
Location. Bed comfortable.
Staff were unwelcoming. Breakfast below expectations. Bathroom water pressure very low. No loo brush. Toilet seat broken. Fans not working.
The staff were lovely and helpful.Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed some scrambled eggs, however the egg boiler was working well so I enjoyed that. There was a lot of choice at breakfast including some gluten free options, fresh orange juice and properly stored cheese etc.The room floor was clean, and the bathroom recently renovated.
Didn’t pay for a room that smelled of cigarettes, (including still the next morning.) but got it anyway. The advertised air conditioning didn’t work, the room and hallways were all hot and humid. The place is dirty. It needs a really good clean, spill marks on the walls and doors, scrape marks everywhere, it just feels really tatty.
Very clean and staff great.
Location wasn’t great .
Excellent value for money. Price included a very good evening meal and breakfast. Particularly appreciated fresh orange juice and good quality products at breakfast, water station to refill water bottles, and central position of hotel with free parking in the square opposite.
Outside of building would benefit from redecoration…gives a poor first impression. Hotel car park not welcoming and makes one hesitant to park the car in it.
It's an ibis, the lady on reception checking in was helpful, but you don't expect all the bells and whistles.Breakfast was ok. The shower was good.
The duvet was not that big
Spacious and comfortable family room with a young child. Well situated and close to shops. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Lots to choose from at breakfast. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Plenty of private parking. Good Internet connection in our room.
The lever tap on the basin would not stay up much of the time unless you pushed it all the way up to maximum (which was too much).
Parking on the premises
No heating. I was frozen and tired from our journey. When pointed out to the receptionist she gave us another room. She obviously hadn't checked it as once we'd moved our suitcases etc into the new room we soon found there was still no heating the either. We left. Just not good enough. We managed to book a hotel in Chalon sur Champagne but we had to drive another 50kms. We managed to get some food as by this time it was late. The hotel itself has no style. It was more like Ibis budget.
Nice hotel good rooms decent bar good breakfast safe parking for motorcycles
Wasn’t so much the property , I was told on arrival only one room had gone through on the payment instead of two , so I was charged again for second room , wasn’t till home I could check and the 1st payment for both rooms had gone through , I will have to purse
It was my first stay at an Ibis Styles hotel and I very impressed. Parking was eeasy and check in was swift.
Someone was smoking cannabis in the room next to me and the smell permiated into mine which was very unpleasant.
Comfortable accommodation, secure parking for motorcycles and great location
Excellent location, close to the centre. We had a large family room (for 2), which was very quiet, well equipped, extra pillows (essential), good bathroom with rain shower and lots of towels. Our impression was that St Dizier is a town with limited options for evening dining, but we ate at the Les Halles market opposite the hotel which did evening barbecue food.We intend to return and will stay in the same hotel.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful
Location isn't great and I only went there because I couldn't find anything close to the Autoroute. Room was acceptable but not nice, a bit shabby really.
