Started off with several English speaking news channels, but they all disappeared in the evening.

The room was amazing and very spacious.

Breakfast was not great. What was supposed to be cool or cold was warm. The eggs and bacon were watery, cold, and greasy. The check-in staff was not helpful and could not speak anything but French. If you are the face of a business, you should be able to speak to your guest. This hotel advertises to travelers, but not able to communicate with them. The lift is not visible and behind a door in the hall. When we could not find it, we went back to the desk to ask. The cleaning staff sitting in the lobby felt it was appropriate to laugh at us because we did not know about the door. Very unprofessional. We did not feel welcomed at all. The person doing checkout was wearing a t-shirt and sweat pants, again, unprofessional.

Confortable, very clean and an excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice where to eat in the evening.

A smile would have been nice to welcome you, but both evening and morning receptionist found it difficult to smile. Not a good welcome.

Useful location, close to the motorway but very quiet, restaurants opposite, convenient family rooms with two separate bedrooms, very clean, free parking, great breakfast choice.

The hotel is easy to find on a retail park on the outskirts of St Dizier. There is ample free parking. There are two restaurants opposite the hotel. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are large, clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel twice en route to the mountains. I honestly cannot fault it. Spacious family room, super-clean, comfortable beds, everything works. Exactly what you want. Friendly front-desk staff. Easy parking. All good.

We had the bigger double room, as we had our dog with us, and it was lovely and spacious, with a small fridge too which was a bonus. Shower good, big and hot. Bed comfy. We liked being on the ground floor as our dog doesn't like stairs or slippery surfaces, and the corridor was carpeted. Very good selection of foods for breakfast including lots of jams, pastries, delicious scrambled egg and yoghurts. Handy location to pop into town for supper (recommend Le Grillade d'hier restaurant).

The heavy sliding doors on the loo and shower weren't very user friendly, and the room was very cold when we arrived

Everything was great ?

Always clean and comfortable. Plenty of options for an evening meal in the vicinity. The staff are excellent, they even returned an item that I left at the hotel 6 months earlier. Brilliant, thank you.

Large, comfortable room with chairs and a coffee table as well as a built in desk. Tea and coffee making facilities, along with Madelienes a bonus. Plenty of parking with electric car chargers. Good buffet breakfast.
