It was cheap

The restaurant was awful. Plus loads of kids running around.

The room is good, comfortable. I liked the working space and the kettle. Close to many shops and restaurants. The bus stop is just beside and can take you directly to the train station.

The hotel was a building site ship containers in car park scaffolding on hotel which they should of told us before booking. The room smelt of fresh pain really bad had to leave window open couldn't put outside blind up due to broken handle inside hotel receptions little bit rude because we couldn't speak french fluently

No heating during winter. No instructions provided about central heating not working. No instructions provided about need to use an electric heater that would atop every now and then

Handy location

Freezing cold rooms below 5 degrees, no restaurant, bar ran out of beer on 2nd drink, it stayed this way 6 days!

Close to our final destination and good for local shops.

The rooms we all stayed in gad a musty (Smokey) smell and the carpets were or looked dirty. Other than that basic but ok for the cost.

Dated with no one available at reception frequently or speaking even a little English.

Requirements for refurbishment and properly trained staff.

Difficult to find. Entrance not signposted. Advertised restaurant didn't exist. Disappointing for tired travellers?

very very very near disneyland. transportation wasn’t that difficult either, since it was next to the bus stops. big parking area for if you’re traveling by car. free wifi. big bathroom.

it was difficult to communicate with the staff since they didn’t speak english.

Good food selection for breakfast

The toilet seat was stained, the room stank of cigarette smoke, the paint was flaking all around the room, the baths plughole was clogged and the pillows were really small.

Nightshift stuff doesn't know english, no toilet brush, tiny rooms, you can reach ceiling by hand

Nadeige lland her team went above and beyond what we expected and they were always very welcoming, friendly and helpful, in fact I am looking forward to coming and they made my stay feel like a 10 star hotel if that is even possible.

The hotel is good for a stop over. There are severas fast food restaurants across the street and it is 20 minutes to Disneyland París.

Rooms not ready well past check-in time. Rude staff. Our clients forced to make their own beds. No service in the bar. A disgrace.

Lady on reception was helpful, but could only help in french. Drinks facilities in room, Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.

Property is getting a little tired and could do with a spruce up. Room had a slight smokey smell about it.

Great location and staff helpful.Room is basic but very comfortable.Nice wardrobe, unpacking suitcase for five nights makes all the difference.

A chair would be nice, writing reports from the bedside cabinet got tiring after a few hours.

very old property. pictures make it look better than it is. had three night stay only managed 1 night as damp in room made the air not very breathable
