A simple and clean hotel - you get what you pay for. We used it before our stay at Disneyland. The guy at reception was incredibly helpful.

It's not near hotel it's hostel, in Ireland hostel is more comfortable then this hotel, absolutely not recommended. Add 30 euros and book the room in Le Relais Madeleine.

Freest location for Disneyland Paris. Safe off road parking. Food facilities available. Staff extremely helpful.

The bathroom was a little smelly.

Breakfast is ok for what you pay. 2nd and 3rd reception staff was nice. First day reception staff was rude.

Very cold at night heaters are not good. Too small for 3 people. No where to put your suitcase. Toilet and shower is very small you cannot move in there you have to stay in one position. Bedsheets were not cleaned as they had stains on them even though they changed it. Bath towels also had stains on them was a put off. The duvet is so think. And the pillow is horrendous

Latch’s on the doors to stop children running out. Bathroom door didn’t close properly.

The staff were lovely, the location was convenient. You can check in late after the 9pm, which was great although this wasn’t on the website the machine can give you your key! The location was great and the bed was comfortable. I had stripped the sheet off too and saw that the mattress was spotless and looked new! It was lovely and warm too which we really appreciated. The locked carpark was also great!

It could have done with a better clean but for the price we enjoyed our stay . If I came again I would bring my own duvet as you can easily tell from the stains that the duvet /throw is never washed (also saw the dirty laundry bins and none were in there. It is very small, but it was also really cheap so cannot complain. Would stay again but bring my own duvet.

On November 27, 2024, I stayed at the Best City Hotel and experienced a very unpleasant situation. The hotel offers a paid laundry service with a washing machine that is supposed to be available until 10 PM. I used the machine, placed all my clothes inside, and went to pick them up at 10 PM. However, the laundry room was already closed, and the staff had left.I called the reception desk using the number provided. There was a man at reception earlier, but I believe he left before 10:00 PM because I arrived precisely at 10, even a few minutes before. This can be verified by checking the security cameras.I need to leave at 8 AM tomorrow, and the receptionist informed me that he would only be tomorrow. How am I supposed to handle this situation? This is terrible. I am sitting here now, not knowing what to do without my clothes.This incident has caused significant inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed.

The room was disgusting, the bed sheets were stained the bathroom was filthy the window had mold around the edge

The staff were brilliant on arrival and departure and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect for getting to Disney too.

The rooms were awful. The worst I have ever stayed in. The radiator had rust the beds were uncomfortable, there was rust in the shower. Lights were temperamental and I will never stay again.

Everything. Payed for breakfast but it was very poor. Not clean. An old dried apple layed on the bed.

Location is excellent, close to supermarket and 7 minute walk to McDonalds and bus stop.

Rooms are dated but mega cheap so you get what you pay for.

Distance to Disney

We travelled by car from Germany to France to spend the weekend at Disney. We had the car parked in the hotel car park from Friday to Sunday. Supposedly the car park is monitored by cameras and is closed at night. The car was parked without moving during the whole stay at the reception door (you can see it in the photo) and on Sunday when we left we found this huge scratch on the car. Nobody was able to give us a solution, the cameras had not recorded it, nobody left their details and the hotel only said “sorry”. The service was more than terrible. We have travelled all over Europe and we have never had such bad service. Dirty room, no towels, the bathroom ventilation did not work… honestly horrible; to go to Disney there are certainly better options where your car can return home without problems.

We did not like the hotel.

The lights were not working, room was too small and bathroom was really small too.

Location was close to where we were going and easy to find.

Very, very noisy with loud banging all night and screaming. Room smelt of smoke.

Polite staff who were able to speak English and helped me. Comfortable beds. Fine breakfast. Ability to buy charger for €5 at reception desk. Cleaning service, towels daily exchange. Not long walk plus only 1 bus to get to Disneyland.

Extremely small bathroom where toilet and shower are too close and shower area too small, just curtain between shower and toilet and the bottom of curtain looks bad, it should be exchanged, preferably replaced by plastic curtain and some kind of shower tray. Generally clean but dusty in the corners.Room doors are outside, no inside the building, it made me feel not very safe.Should be better for the price and location.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Mould on the walls, mould outside the shower pod and insects in the room.

Locked gates

The room, beds , bedding, pillows stunk of old cigarette smoke. There was no room to move. We were very disappointed. We paid for 2 nights but, could barely handle the one. So we left. The breakfast was basic. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

The juice was good , the cheese, and we loved Nutella on bread. The beds were very comfortable though.

Not having an elevator, very poor breakfast, I would have loved some eggs. The coffee didn’t really tasted like coffee. It was so difficult to reach the place without having a car, such a small room, the door didn’t seem safe, but fortunately nothing bad happened.
