A no frills stay that has a good cost to comfort ratio with an exceptionally friendly staff.

Nothing it felt like we was in somebody else home.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was thoroughly disappointed. The staff, including the manager Marie, were incredibly rude. The rooms were never cleaned during our stay – no bed making, no emptying of bins, and no vacuuming. The floors were filthy, and we had to ask for basics like toilet paper.These where mentioned to the manager on our stay and she was very unprofessional.The entrance mat was disgusting, clearly not cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, the manager, Marie, spent most of her time sitting outside in her pajamas, smoking. Anytime we asked for something, it felt like we were inconveniencing her.They even held parties with their friends in the hotel but told us we couldn’t sit and have a drink with our friends in the same area. The double standards and lack of professionalism were appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is perfect for an overnight stay en route. Late check in very helpful

No toilets except in your room one floor up

Lovely bathroom and shower, air conditioning was also superb. Comfortable and clean, very friendly too, thank you!

It was really clean.

There was no lift and we had to go to the second floor with baggage. The aircon in out room did not work - it seemed to lock at around 27 degrees and we couldn’t get it to go any lower. Also the shower door came open mid-shower so the floor of the bathroom got soaked.

A convenient location, a few minutes off the highway but not near a town or walking area.

Breakfast was Zero! I mean there was literally no breakfast at all. I'm so disappointed.

Absolute waste of money. AC Didn't work throughout my stay and no compensation whatsoever, I was told to just manage. I had to open all my windows throughout my stay. I was sweating all through the night. I only get to sleep during the day.

Nice and clean hotel, free parking with lots of space. A bit away from the city but reachable by foot as well.

The location next to some industrial buildings was not that nice.

The location was close to Disneyland which is where we wanted to visit during our stay.The host was willing to stay late for a late check-in (although we ended up coming earlier).While some of the basic facilities didn't work, the host managed to help fix the problem after requesting for those facilities.The place had sufficient parking.

Some of the basic facilities didn't work (although this was patched later)The place didn't have an elevator. This was not so much of an inconvenience as it was a short stay and we had very little baggage, but it would've been a bit of a shock to find out there is no elevator if we had arrived with big bags. May be it was listed on the property but I don't recall reading it.

Staff was friendly.

Noisy railway in an industrial area. No restaurant nearby. Rooms were too hot so we had to keep the windows open. Cheap and flimsy equipment. Bathroom strongly smelled like canalisation.

The staff was very nice, we felt extremely welcome from the moment we entered the hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Everything was nice and clean.Plenty of EV charges which was a nice plus. The breakfast was also good.Disneyland is just a short drive away (15~20 minutes)Would certainly stay here again!

The rooms are a bit noisy, the hotel is next to a railway, when sleeping with the window open this can make some noise. But it was manageable

The room was clean and organized.

The staff at the reception was a bit slow.Initially she said there is no booking but then she found out that we have reserved a booking.Similarly, for the dinner food, she said there is nothing and then she provided the food. So, it was a little confusing.
