I have received an excellent value for the price. Parking was free and available, the room was clean and suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

It was somehow difficult to reach location as it is surounded by lot of other parking slots.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were friendly and responsive. It was overall good value.

The automated reception/check in process needs work. The automated reception does not work very well. I had to call for help. The first person apparently lost patience with me and hung up. I called again twice and on the third attempt, the second person was very friendly and helpful and was able to check me in. Had I not been tired from a long bicycle ride, I would’ve moved on to another place and chalked it up to a bad experience.

Everything is automated, and it is great when it works - but it doesn’t always work. While checking in the property we needed to fill in the reservation number on the machine in front of the building, but the system was bugged and didnt respond. Thankfully there was a button to call for support, and somebody was there to check us in. Checking in lasted long time, explaining and calling for help as well, its tiring when you need to do all of that after a long drive and the system doesn’t work.

Very clean room, very helpful staff, all towels provided and room more than big enough for our family of four for an overnight stay on the way to Disney. We didnt book breakfast but actually probably should have as it looked good and was very reasonable.

Check in screen not clear

I appreciated the free parking, easy check-in, and the nice big bed. The room and bathroom were simple, but very clean.

Free carpark, good night sleep and sufficient breakfast. Plenty of places to eat in same location.

Hotel is hidden from main road, could do with a bolder sign on main road as present one is easily missed

Great room, with everything we needed. Close to nearby restaurants. Clean and comfortable throughout. Children had fun sleeping in the bunkbeds. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food.

Nothing - it was great - would definitely stay again.

Spend one night here before going to Paris Disney (hotels closer are way more expensive). Good location, actually very quiet neighborhood at night. Parking is secured by a gate. The bed is really comfortable.

A really minor point: there was a confusion about borrowing a hair dryer. Night staff said they did not have one, the lady in the morning was able to provide one. So nothing major at all.

Clean, comfortable, but basic accommodation. Comfortable beds and secure parking. A few restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Bunk beds + double bed worked great for our family. Room was quiet.

Fairly basic. For example, no washcloths or hand towels (but had enough bath towels). Just a small TV on the wall, but great WiFi.

The hotel looks brand new, is easy to find, and has a good secure car park with a fence, lighting & cameras, the checkin was easy & the room was perfect for a one night stay for our family ( 2 parents and two children). The breakfast in the morning was basic but good - all the usual food & drinks were available... The price is very fair for the service provided...

Well the property was clean. but other than that everything was way too far from how it was advertised. the hotel receptionist upon arrival was so rude, ihave filmed everything from the time we walked in the property so how we were treated was filmed and absolutely disrespectful.the room was so hot and the receptionist checked us in just ignored me.we were not told about the timings of the breakfast so we almost missed the first morning.the hotel was too far.

Nice fresh breakfast. Effective automatic check-in and available early if needed.Good secure car park.

How close it was to our next destination and a few restaurants we could eat in the night.
