Disappointing
full of mosquitoes, ants and ghosts
just the bed
no hot water for bsth. Staff very rude and was not concerned about me not able to bath for two days
breakfast good,swimming pool good
not really clean
The water park, although rundown, was a relief from the heat of the day.
We booked a room with A/C. The first four rooms had AC unit which didn't cool. They "upgraded" us to a room with working AC, but for an additional charge. This place suffers from poor management.
The people working there were nice and accommodating but their hands were tied because of poor management.
We booked a room with air conditioning at the booking.com price. When we arrived there were four rooms available but air conditioning worked in none of them. We had to take a different room that had air conditioning and they made us pay an extra amount. Breakfast was kind of an afterthought. We would have been better off just leaving.
Nice people Easy to go to the city Easy to find the food
Too much noisy Not cleaning the room often No good breakfast
Strategic location, easy to access and worth the price.
The place is in the strategic location of Cianjur. However it become noisy from vehicle pass by the front street, even until late night.
