The Luxton Cirebon Hotel And Convention

Overall, it was a decent hotel. Since Cirebon is quite far from the capital, it’s hard to expect the same standard as Jakarta, but considering the price, it was satisfactory.One of the best things was its proximity to a large shopping mall. The mall called “Garage” is only a 5-minute walk away, so it was nice to walk there for a bit of exercise, and it was convenient because I could easily buy anything I needed.

Check-in was delayed, and I had to wait outside for an hour. This part was a bit disappointing. Just as guests are expected to follow the check-out time, I believe the hotel should strictly honor the check-in time as well.They mentioned that they upgraded my room because of the wait, but for me, my time is more important than the size of the room.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff.Restaurant was very good as well.

Spacious room and strategic locations

Water smell badly, swiming pool very dirty. My kids want to have swim, we have standby by 7am and the pool (and all activities, gym, kids room, sauna) not yet open, but the sign is stated 6am should be open, we need to wait many minutes until one staff come up and even that the pool is not cleaned very dirty

In the middle of Cirebon, its near to every where, friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast have several option, taste should be improve.

When they have high ocupation, parking space will be a big problem.Basement parking area not easy for big cars.We arrive at 4Pm, room still not ready, maybe the last guest too lazy to leave after new years nightTowel condition should be replace by a new one. We did not get face & hand towel

The location was good

The room feels a bit outdated. The price of the extra bed was not as written in booking site. It was more expensive at the spot.

The staff was super nice for the family, had a great time. Kfc is on the left from the hotel and a couple of minutes to the left is mc D. If you walk to the right and cross the crossing and walk over the bridge there will be a burger king. If you go outside to the right and cross the street there is a mall. The room is big and the location is great in cirebon, we had a splendid time. The staff was super nice. Would stay here again if i go to cirebon.

The airco we had problems with it even if you put in on auto it should cool down to keep the temperature but on the day that can be tricky. If you put it only on cooling it works great but for the child it was then to cold hahaha.

The staffs were very helpful. The securities made sure that we got a good parking, the receptions made sure that we got the room that we wanted (high floor, double bed, mountain view). The location is very good, just bear with a bit of traffic. The breakfast was good also.

The staff was very responsive to my feedback.In particular, they arranged us to change a room after knowing the aircon was not working well.

Breaskfast can be improved. For example, the coffee making machine wss not working for a particular type of coffee (machiato).

Location, room, swimming pool area and breakfast It's a good idea to start no plastic bottle water in the room, maybe add a water refill center as well

Swimming must be strict, only wearing the appropriate swimming suit, should not allowed anyone wearing clothes or tshirts and pants. Unhygienic and unaesthetic.

The condition of the room feels old, the sofa foam is flat and there are lots of cigarette holes even though it is a non-smoking room

Pleasant

The room and its facility are too old. The space it huge but its empty, the flooring are old and not clean.So I have to request to go to the regular room that have better flooring, that means I am paying for an executive room type but using a regular room. (rate was not downgraded as front desk inform I made the booking to Booking.com so cannot change).

The food is delicious and Breakfast has many options. The rooms are big, clean and comfertable.

Due to the hotel's strategic location, we have stayed at Luxton several times. The staff are welcome and good communication.

Breakfast a bit poor for international travellers, mainly Indonesian food.

Food during breakfast taste wonderfull and a lot of variety exist. We also love the children playground, chef kids cooking class and also the swimming pool

We can enter the room after 14.00 wib and i found dust under the bed

Clean Room , Furniture in Good Condition, Good Facilities, nice breakfast , good location , easy to access nearby shop with good food. Been here for multiple times. Nothing to complain. One of the best hotel i ever stay.

Room was slightly tired & the design aesthetic feels half hearted, but overall a very comfortable hotel for a night stay in Cirebon. Pool looks lovely but did not have the opportunity to use. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items (although some signage didn't match the food).

Towels were missing from my room, although to their credit, they did not take too long to bring one even though it was past 11pm.The rain shower was a bit difficult to figure out. Noise might be an issue if there are noisy neighbours.
