Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison

I did not have breakfast during my stay, but have a good look at the food around the restaurant/breakfast room, looked great.

The cleanness of the room, especially bathroom. The sink was dirty (sticky), the towel was grey instead of white and not soft.

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL SO YUMMY AND STAFFS FRIENDLY

NO WATER HEATER, THEY TRY TO FIX IT BUT IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY OTHERWISE I WILL GIVE YOU THE SCORE 10. PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORK PROPERLY WATER HEATER AIR CONDITIONING ETC.

the location is close to the city centre and also train station

the height of the bed, seems too low

NICE AND CLEAN HOTEL. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFFS. BACKYARD GARDEN IS BEAUTIFUL. GREAT MEAL. ALSO GREAT LOCATION. BEST RECOMMEND FOR THIS HOTEL. THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS :)

Rooms were comfy and clean

We ate dinner, at the hotel resto. Food was really awful. Sate was cooked so hard, it could not be removed from the bamboo stick. Tom yam soup just full of mushrooms, a few small prawns and nothing else.

Perfect room size for family, very spacious. All staff were very friendly.Breakfast selections were great.Location is perfect, near train station and several restaurants.

The condition of the room needs to be updated, cracked tiles.

The location in the middle of the city, near Alun Alun Kejaksan and Train Station

The parking lot is not big enough

I love the location of the hotel. It is almost at the heart of the city. If you travel by train, the station is only five-minutes walk away. The staff is handfull especially the security officer who helped in arranging parking slots. The room is okay and clean. Breakfast is okay with good varieties of food. And the most unique one here (or at least for me) is the mustard green juice; refreshing and delicious.

There's a wedding event tooks place when I were staying there and maybe the management did not inform to the vendor to also consider other guests convenient when they took photo in the corridor in fron of the elevator which makes us can't go down.

- old towels need replacement - clogged sink need to be repair- air conditioning need to be repair

The location was good and the hotel was not so bad

Breakfast was not good, not many choices, and totally no taste

close to train station and a street full of eateries. it’s a bit out of shopping and old town but hotel have becaks in front of hotel and a price list what each destination cost. They have a nice restaurant with outside terrace where you could lounge during the evenings.

cleanliness is of Indonesian standards and suitable for me but any westerners will think twice.

The location of Metland Hotel Cirebon near the train station and located in the center of the city. The breakfast menu serve traditional food of Cirebon. Excellent services from the staff and very helpful.

Maybe it would be better if there's a swimming pool, even the room rate will be higher.
