This hotel said they cannot give me the invoice.

Center of city easy to go anywhere. Helpful staff

The bathroom doesnot have hand shower, its hard to get bath without wetting the hair.

Good variety of breakfast.Attached to a large shopping mall.

Congested traffic road toward the hotel during weekend.

The staff was so friendly at the breakfast They made fresh Apple JuiceAnd nothing was to much

The reception and bellman are most responsive. Housekeeping are good. Breakfast wide spread with good morning coffee

Bad experience

Bad service, dirty and smell bathroom, the pillow and mattress are very uncomfortable to sleep on, making it difficult to sleep tight and giving you a headache when you wake up.

Modern property in a very good location

Liked everything except that when made booking through Booking.com it said that spa was included only to find out from the hotel staff when checking in that it’s not. I even showed the booking page on booking.com where it still says spa included for new bookings. So it appears either booking.com was not honest or the hotel gave wrong info to booking.comI tried sending message about this issue to booking.com but it appears it’s not easy to go through the process. Let’s see if booking.com makes for this misadventure

One of the best stay we ever had!We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay.We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable.Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues.Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed.The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities. Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino. For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly.Thank you Swiss-bel Hotel Cirebon for such a wonderful service & allow us to have the most memorable stay. See you again !

The spa kinda left me hanging twice after enquiring for a slot. But probably there are swamped.

Breakfast was decent enough, good selection, caters to all tastes

Housekeeping could be better, Rooms are skim/surface cleaned not quite deep cleaned.

Centered in the city, very friendly staff. Good beds and exelent breakfast also for western.Would certainly come back, value for your money.

We slept at the highest floor, as I asked for.Next time better sleep some lower, on the roof are engines for airco etc. Some ceilings could have some new paint.

Staff were really helpful and friendly

The toilet was smelly, the room was a bit dirty when I checked in, the hairdryer didn’t work and the pillows were not comfortable.

Good size of room, bed was comfortable and close to mall.Variety of food at breakfast though omelete bit salty

The elevator was too slow, the shower also very weak and the shower floor slippery, also the toilets on level 3 was bit smelly

The property is located in the heart of Cirebon, really strategic.

The wall is really thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the noises at 5.30 A.M coming from the room next door. We called the receptionist, but they did not do anything.

Breakfast selection was good.Room size was great.Staff were friendly and able to speak English.

Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Floor was still dusty. Could be better. There’s no hand towel. ?

Cleaniness and prompt services

Room preapataion before Check In

The location is great.

We stayed there four night. Two nights without towels and the rubbish bin has not been cleaned yet. Actually there were the same reviews a week before me. Apparently they never change!

great location

aircon didn't work, so hot in the room, first time they sent technician but in the morning the aircon wrecked again and hotel staff just saying sorry and do nothing

Nice place , beside of mall

All is good but the parking car limited place , must using valley parking

Breakfast was delicious and a lots of choices .

The bathroom is was dirty.should brush the edge of the line .

the property was in the perfect location with the mall next to it , there was a great connection to a well conditioned environment for eating , shopping and more .

the property was good although some noisy visitors that on every complaint to reception were stopped . Nice view , very clean and cleaned at a moments notice . They could be a bit more friendly regarding substitutions for vegetarian food though , extra sauce when your not having the eggs that are offered should be an extra charge I don’t think .
