Hotel Neo Cirebon by ASTON

Too small not clean

Good budget hotel with delicious breakfast. One of the best in Cirebon.

rooms facing the road is not sound proof.

They have excellent staff, from the first person we met till the last person we said goodbye are helpful and service-oriented.We realized that we stayed in long national holiday, but we're amazed, Neo 100% ready to have more visitors

Well, I expect Neo Cirebon to quickly expand their hotel there, the demand are high and not many could provide good service as good as Neo Cirebon

Nice location, clean rooms friendly staffs

Air conditioning was leaking, we have to put towels on the floor

Only the location

First, I got room, but the hot water didn't work. I had to wait for around 90 minutes to be moved to the second room. But, the air conditioner of the second room didn't work well. It was not cold at all. I was very disappointed.

Stay there for 2 nights,to attend my friend daughter wedding, the room very comfortable n clean too the staff very helpful, location is good, around 10 mnt from train stations.

it will be better if the breakfast hv more choices

Clean, friendly staff

The sound proof of the room is poor, heard the sound of outdoor AC machine all night.

The hotel is new and clean enough

The toilet bowl has black water stain. Maybe can be cleaned using chemical.

Clean room

Tiny room, uncomfortable pillow

just ok

room to small, leak in the bathroom, no towel for face or hair, loud noise and parking lot to smal

Good hotel, reception are friendly, miss tika and miss mia are ready to help anytime.

no issues, staffs are great and helpful. room is clean and comfortable

just the parking spot is limited but they offer valet service.

Clean room, nice breakfast options, Free valet parking.

Room is a bit less spacious due to wooden partition which intended to bring tv closer to bed. The double door lift sometimes open to wrong side, exposing dirty back alley, no AC on corridor, Breakfast menu could be improved to include more western menus.

I like the hotel but turn to dislike after found a bloody towel

not even an apology from the reception when i check out. what a manner!

the food for breakfast is varied and very tasty, the staff and service are also very good.

no place outside to sit and relax. limited parking lot.

Pleasant

Aircon was not cold at all during the day while the hotel gave us the room faced west side. The fridge was not working at all, the hotel staff said that that was the fridge normal in-operation temperature. It ruined my cold pressed juice and yoghurt successfully.

Fast check in and check out. Free valet parking

Shower in my room didn't go smoothly

Passable

Since I have back pain (post spine surgery), I can't sleep on spring bed, thus, I move the spring bed down. However, the staff request extra charge as it was consider as extra bed, while, there was No advance information from staff that bed couldn't be moved.

Good food

Parking area is conjusted, water quality was bad when we stay there the color is black and no respond after we give complain

The hotel provided a clean room with a comfy bed, tasty food, well-maintained facilities and enough condiments. Location is good and staff are friendly.

Water wasn’t consistently clean. It’s sometimes containing black dirt/ iron/ sand (?). Just need to wait for a couple minutes to get a cleaner water, but still troublesome when we wanted to have a quick bath.
