Area/room Smoked smell... Room was separated with group ... even though during booking it was requested for same location and close each other...unfortunately booking was performed within 1 month more from chexkin date that hope hotel may sufficient time to prepare anything

Phone call slow respond, very little breakfast

The location is good. Easy to find, close to recommended Cirebon culinary re empal gentong krucuk; se durian suka hati etc

It need some improvement on the cleaning standard

Easy to book, the staff really helpfull and cooperative, breakfast meals are good, love the boiled eggs and the fresh fruits. The location is close to street cullinaries.

1. Location is literally 5 min walking from train station that will take you anywhere in Indonesia,2. Friendly personnel,3. Decent breakfast food (traditional Indonesian and continental),4. As Muslim I enjoyed my staying because mosque is in neighborhood also hotel has dedicated praying room - Musola.5. Good balance in between price and quality.6. Fresh bed sheets every day………….:::::::::………..::::::::::………

Please take my comments as positive criticisms. I enjoyed my stay at Amaris hotel in Cirebon - Indonesia1. No mini fridges in rooms,2. No hair driers i rooms (you can borrow one from hotel personnel),3. Internet is ok, but not the best,4. Key card is also your electrical power switch, I could not leave my AC on to keep temp in room on 24 C° or leave phone to charge while I’m outside.

Good accommodation close to Cirebon station and city central, value for money

No extra bed

- Location of Amaris Hotel is close to train Station and not far from down town.- Amaris Hotel provide breakfast and drinking water for it’s guest.

- Air Condition in R 608 need replacement - Bathroom need to be repair- Hotel staff are not as good as some years ago, they look not so enthusiastic anymore

Nice breakfast - there was takoyaki balls, convenient location less than five minutes away from train station, friendly and helpful staff especially Sylvi and near many streetside eateries.

I loved to stay in this hotel. I came here few times already which is close to train and main road

The breakfast is great. Wide varieties of breakfast from western to two Indonesian food. There are also local signature food introduced to customer at breakfast buffet. Food is great and delicious. Staff very polite , helpful and friendly. Room is spacious, clean, pillow is comfy.

Chain brand hotel. Less variety of breakfast but meal is excellent.

The lobby was dark. Bedsheet is old. No u-turn space at parking lot.

Room was comfortable and location was great. Easy to get to from the station. Lots of food options, both street food and restaurants.

The AC was leaking and had stained the wall. It was also not very cold.

The bathroom lightning was quite poor

The best location in the town, lot of space for parking, comfy bed, very nice touch at the fish pond

The Air Conditioner need to maintenance because it was so slow to cool down the room, faucet in the bathroom is broken and only shower is working well, no water heater to make coffe or tea in the room
