Hotel Santika Cirebon

I was there for a gateway. I loved the pool. I had great experience spending the time there-very relaxing. The room was spacious. The staff in the morning: very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my gateway memorable and relaxing.

TV still not a Smart TV

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel provided free transport to nearby locations.

Breakfast buffet was mostly Indonesian food. Not many Western food options.

Stylish, beautiful garden, nice comfortable and clean room, nice staff. Good value for money

No alcoholic drinks and loud mosks

The staff are friendly but the hotel is old and rooms are dark. They wash your car every day and it's quiet nice.

Too old, prices too high for this kind of hotel.

Room was not at all clean, sheets was torn, towels had stain, bin was with stains. Full dusty.

Very good hotel in a really nice area we walked from the trainstation but they have a transfer option too. We cut the long traintrip from jakarta to yogjakarta in half by staying in this hotel and the swimming pool and nearby bar (next door with a 737 aircraft on the roof) were just what we needed. Breakfast was also very extensive, plenty of choice.

Old facility need maintenance or renovation

Super clean swimming pool, kids friendly, with some of children play ground. Many parking space for cars.

The hotel building need to be repaired in some fixtures and elements. Swimming pool toilet and shower was dark at night.

Location is close to city centre and open are is large. Decent room size for the city

Too hot in the lobby, gym seems not properly maintained and no water until requested. Need more cleaning in the open area. Too expensive for the room.

Strategic location, room space, friendly and helpful staffs

Little bugs entering the room from door gap, food preparation is taking too long to be ready on our table so kids fall asleep while waiting at the restaurant :(

the hospitality and helpful staffs. Santika staff sent WhatsApp message in the morning of our arrival day then when we checked in the sink was run slowly, we also asked for sajadah (praying mat) and iron. at that moment the phone was disfunction so I sent text to that WA number. The staff immediately came to fix all problem and bring our request. We were so glad that we didn't have to wait any longer !the hotel room was totally excellent; it's clean, aircon was well function, water also fine with hot water and the location is right at the center of the city so it's easier for us to reach anywhere by mikrolet, becak, taxi online or you can just walk to Q Garden cafe if you found yourself hungry between 9 pm to midnight because the hotel restaurant was closed. It's too bad because the food is good at the hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast menu. the hotel also provide shuttle from hotel to train station free of charge.

Excellent customer service, nice and comfortable hotel, good location and well arranged breakfast. We love Santika.

Perhaps the menu at the restaurant will be improved just like before.

The location is very close to almost everything, the staff are amazing, the best service I've seen, the breakfast was very good

bit old. the breakfast was so-so cause its during fasting and the menu was limited. bit dusty in the corner or the room (at the back on the desk or behind the lamp) but the bed was comfortable.

property is old but it is okay as long as it is clean. it needs to be clean thoroughly during pandemic time.

The breakfasts is quite tasty and quantitative. On week-ends better to start at 7am if you wish to avoid the big crowd.

It is always difficult to get a room with a King size bed.
