    Pros +

    • Good breakfast, location, after a long car journey, very very difficult to find, tiny streets one way, no parking facilities, absolutely upset and angry. could not go through that again!
    • Location of the property
    • Close by train stadion

    Cons -

    • No soap in the shower, the WC has smell of cigarettes at the morning.
    • Breakfast empty chocolate paste or any other items did not get refilled once empty! boiled eggs was also missing fruit was old! Breakfast need to be improved!
    • We were out drinking in a bar and due to riots in the street tear gas was used.on our way to the hotel our eyes were affected. Nothing about the hotel. The staff showed real concern for our well being. Disappointed that we were caught in this situation just as tourists. It seemed very extreme

The people who were on the desk and welcomed us were excellent. Friendly and very very helpful.

Lady on Reception who was very welcoming, very helpful, very smiling. Location, and free parking on street til 08.30.

Would have liked a kettle & cups for the price.

The check-in was relatively smooth after midnight and also relatively closely parking facilities were open

The room was extremely noisy at the middle of the night as well due to the a drunken group The equipments are quite outdated onesBreakfast was quite a poor one with very limited choice to select and due to the small area without any chance to talk without disturbing others

The location is great for the town centre and they allowed us to park our motorbikes around the back of the hotel in a lock compound

    7WilliamPosted on: 8-7-2024

Close to parking and the town centre

A little basic but then it is budget

    7BryanPosted on: 8-5-2024

Difficult to find (sat nav’s fault more than the hotel really) basic hotel but did what we needed it to do.

    8Tinatab57Posted on: 6-10-2024

Comfy rooms close to centre ville, good basic breakfast.

    Location

Despite Booking.com saying it had parking it did not. Rather there was a bear h public car park .The room had a fan and no air con . It was extremely hot.

    7AlysonPosted on: 7-6-2023

Handy location. The handy bunk bed was useful for my son.

Room is pretty small and no kettle.

    7RosemaryPosted on: 6-26-2023

Fortunately the sound of the midsummer music festival stopped at midnight and I did get a good night's sleep. Comfortable bed and a good shower.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. I had to sleep with the window open. No kettle for tea in the room

Continental breakfast was adequate to start the day. Location very good, near both station and town square. Amazing powerful shower

We had a bunk bed over our bed which is great if you need it but a bit in the way if you don't

    8FindlayPosted on: 4-27-2023

    cleanliness and good breakfast

one member of staff at Reception was unwelcoming. We were ignored by him and waited and ended up leaving because he went on the phone and did not acknowledge us

For the price it is a perfectly good hotel with everything you need and not more.

The problem was that the light activated by a push on the button of a panel interested into the bed frame did not turn off. It was after midnight and I did not feel like dressing again and walking down for help. My international cell phone call did not go through either so I had to resort to falling asleep with a scarf over my eyes. One I got used to that idea suddenly the TV started going on around 1:30 in the a.m. stone must have programmed it to wake them up. The hotel staff should really check these things before renting the rooms to another customer!! I had a day full of important meetings and would have liked to get some needed rest but has to settle for less sleep than I had wished for.

My wife and I always stay in Ibis budget hotels when we travel in Europe, this one was of a very good standard.

It did not have car park attached having said that it was a short walk to a free car park.Always remember to take your own pillow, you get one and its a rock.

    5BliziotisPosted on: 9-11-2022

    Staff

Very small room, very noisy street which makes it impossible to sleep with windows open, especially when there is no air condition, that makes a terrible result. Tiny room and bathroom.
