Pros +
- Breakfast and bed
- Nice clean property. The receptionist was Marivic was wonderful. She helped us with all the things we asked for. We are on bicycles and had some outside challenges. She made everything easy for us
- This hotel is a good stop for one night traveling further, North or South. It has had an upgrade inside which makes it a good place to stay a night. It is simple but not overly simple. French modern, no nonsense. What needs to be OK, is OK: room size, bed quality, cleanliness and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Superior breakfast. And, ... dogs allowed! The hotel is easy to reach from the highway and the outside car park is gated and has CCTV.
Cons -
- Bathroom. Shower is very low, could not stand correct
- The hotel is in an industrial zone which is in development. The facade of the hotel looks terrible and makes you wonder why you picked this hotel.
- Our sofa bed was completely broken so we couldn’t use it, all four of us had to sleep in one bed! We didn’t notice bed broke until we were going to bed late at night and too late to inform reception about moving rooms.

Communal areas lovely, although the lights in lobby and restaurant kept flickering every few seconds. Really frustrating!

Friendly staff.
The breakfast is quite basic. For electric cars there is a simple wall plug that takes for-ever to charge - for a this size of hotel I would expect to have a charging point available.
Good value, convenient, modern hotel with good parking.
Out of town
Nice rooms, helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable. Good parking
Not in town
Modern and clean
Stayed for one evening on way to Disneyland Paris and the hotel place us (party of 4 with two young children) in a room above a ridiculously loud wedding party which was blaring out passed 2am. Management refused to end party or move us room. Appalling service. Avoid if you wish a restful nights stay.
Very clean and comfortable bedding. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of fresh items! hotel is located outside the city in a quiet suburb.
Near the motorway and clean
There was no easy chair to sit in
We've used this hotel for many years as an overnight stop on the way back to the UK from Southern France. Nicely positioned just North of Paris and easy to get off and back on the motorway (off about 3 miles south of the hotel and back on three miles north of the hotel). Easy to find, comfortable rooms, very secure parking.
Easy to get to, good parking, great breakfast with a good choice of delicacies, served in a restaurant with pleasant design.
Blown-in plastic rubbish in the gardens
Room was well appointed
Very limited menu in restaurant. Breakfast expensive
Fabulous hotel used as a stopover en-route to Disney Land Paris. 10 minutes from motorway with secure gated parking.Room was 1st class. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
The evening meal was a little disappointing, (duck breast was a little tough).
Handy location if you're driving through France. Restaurant is good. Rooms have windows you can open. Ventilation in common areas like the restaurant is excellent: CO2 was about 500ppm.
Corridor carpets had some stains. It's a long way from the centre of Compiegne.
Breakfast and location
Noisy. There was a dog barking most of the night a couple doors down. The restaurant was shut that evening. And we booked a suite but wqs given two interconnecting rooms. The money I paid and what igot in return I would of down better to go to Airbnb
Very modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Family rooms very comfortable.
Breakfast could be improved at such prices and location requires a car if you look for alternatives.
Excellent quality hotel. We only stayed one night on our road trip, but the hotel had great facilities and we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant.
You can switch off the ventilation and open the window, so no infection risk from recirculated air.Restaurant was really good, with outside seating.
It's quite a way out of town if you want to do something apart from sit in your hotel room. For an overnight stop driving on holiday it was great.
Maybe needs a bit of updating compared to the last Mercure hotel we stayed in but still had a good night with nice meal in restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.
