We arrived at 3:00 and the staff was very friendly. Good stop to visit Compiegne on our way to Paris

all the staff were excellent facilities were great, and I played Mylene Farmer's song Laisse le vent emporter tous, on the piano! thank you so much!

Clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the showers were fine.

A bit off the beaten track but easy enough to find.

There was no dinner available, as it was advertised to have dinner on location. We had to search for somewhere else to have dinner.

Had a problem with food

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices of fresh breads/fruit / cheeses/ meat. The staff were lovely and helpful.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the way that the property is being managed at the moment

We were rebooked into a (bigger) ground-floor room since there are no elevators and our bags were heavy.

The noise from the road outside that never stopped during the night.

Perfect stop before the City of Light PARIS. Accessible by car and close to the highway.

Noisy motorcyclists on the highway could deliver nightly interruptions.

Comfy bed, space to put everything, and chromecasting to the TV was great.

A kettle in the room would have been good. Also, restaurant closed due to bank holiday.

We we’re driving to Spain, so for a night it’s perfect in the area of the highway.. If you stay longer the location could be better.

That there wasn’t facilities for a hot dinner. We tried to eat in a restaurant nearby but they were all fully booked. Also I was forced to book a separate room travelling with 2 x 6yr olds and a baby when one of the rooms I had had a double bed and a sofa bed. More than enough room for us!

Stayed for a quick overdurong a road trip. Easy, clean, convenient

Hardly any loo paper in room !!!My neighbour came in and out about 20x and each time banging his door.The room above were very nosy.Weirdly the traffic did not bother meMy block out blind was broken.No bin in the room.

Air conditioning was fantastic in the recent heatwave.

The restaurant ran out of several (all rose and half of the whites) of their very limited list of wine.Food availability was very limited on Friday & Saturday.

It was near the motorway

The room was small. The staff at reception and at the bar didn’t seem to know what to do, needed some training?

Food and location were disappointing.Nothing to do in the neighbourhoud and a bit scaring to come outside when you're alone.The food was served cold, even the plates who should be warm. I've chosen fish for diner, but it was very dry and not tasty at all.
