Location, cheap, good value

Not the fanciest hotel, but for the price I cannot complain

Exceptionally friendly receptionist when we checked in. Made us feel very welcome.

Just a tired and dated room. Could do with an update, new grout on tiles etc., and a new sink.

Considerate management, considering my predicament

That there was no answer from reception at the property. My phone had no internet connection in France.

Unfortunateley there was a problem with the electric, so no hot food or hot drinks at breakfast.

Not easy to find

Beware!! The photos when booking do not correspond to the actual ones at all.Very old hotel, dirty carpets in the corridors and an unpleasant smell, peeling walls, inside the rooms are simply terribly sagging, the bathroom has not been renovated for years.

It is really close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus going directly to Paris-Beauvais airport from the hotel. Everything was pretty clean and sufficient for a one night stay.

The reception area integrated with the restaurant, the attentive and friendly staff, the water pressure, the heating, and the comfort of the bed were all perfect.

During our stay, we had no problems or anything to report.

Hotel is a bit far from the centre to walk Rooms are a little "tired" but perfectly OK for a one night stay enroute to our final destination

It was ok but it was really cold that night and I asked how to open the heating then I was told not to touch the heating as they are not using heating for the month of October.

Below expectations

This place was very well managed. Good rooms for a short stay and very near to the BVA airport with shuttle service available. Good value for money.

Simple accomodation. Close to the aiport with shuttle available just across the street, clean room, facilities ok, breakfast available for a cost.

The breakfast a bit expensive for what it offered, but ok.

I do not recommend this hotel. I travel frequently, but I have never encountered anything like this.We booked it for two nights—on our way to Normandy and back—due to its proximity to Beauvais-Tillé Airport. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations.The Rooms: They are very "tired" and in need of renovation. The beds are narrow and uncomfortable, and the furniture consists of just a tiny table. There is no sense of coziness at all.The Staff is the main problem. Over our two stays, we interacted with three different receptionists, and the attitude was consistently the same: we were simply ignored. Not a single greeting, eye contact, or offer of assistance. We were left with a persistent feeling that we were invisible and distracting them from their personal business. We are polite and friendly people, but we were made to feel like an inconvenience.Perhaps the reason was a particular attitude towards non-French guests, but in any case, such behavior from the staff is unacceptable. The impression from our entire trip was seriously tarnished by this kind of "service."

Decent location to the airport. Bed was comfy enough. Place was clean just run down

Very dated. Couch in room was caved in the middle, skirting boards coming away from the wall. Stains on towels and bedding, granted they didn't seem unwashed just stains they couldn't get out. Hallways had extremely dim lighting which didn't feel safe. Met 2 people in the hallway at one point during the day and impossible to make out anything past their outline.
