Location and staff friendly

The carpets in the room were stained and grubby and the freezer part of the fridge was in need of defrosting.

Location good clean and comfy bed. Stayed overnight on long road travel.Meal in dining room good but we were only couple using it but staff were pleasant.

Hotel is showing signs of age could do with upgrade.Television problem with antenna made for a boring night.

Whilst this property is very old the accommodation and dining room were spotlessly clean and staff generally pleasant.

the bedside tables are falling apart.

The whole place could do with a clean up and a spruce up - everything looked and felt dated.

The room appeared clean. The beds were neat and comfortable.

The bathroom was grungy. Felt dirty but pretty sure it wasn't.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. They are pretty flexible with their timings. WiFi connection wasn’t strong in our room.

Light over bed didn't work, iron didn't work, no ironing board, freezer full of ice, no fly screen in bathroom, couldn't open window without moth's getting in, no shower curtain, plates were dirty, shower was dirty as well as mouldy, bathroom vanity taps were blocked, and to top it off was a drugged out indigenous women slouched in the chair outside our room.

Room was filthy and broken. There was blood on my pillow case. Used soap bars from last guests. Towels had a smell. Room stunk. Food was even worse. Do not stay here.

All I will say is that it was horrible and I will never be staying there again guess all i can say is you get what you p

The bathroom was dirty the fridge in the room was not working it was dirty had a horrible smell the carpet had stains that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time the aircon filter was dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time and the size of the aircon is way to small for the size of the room it took more than half the night for the room to cool down and the the pub there is just as bad I took the chance to walk 10 minutes away to another pub that was more entertainment and better service

Nothing. It’s a motel with bar and restaurant and they do a very good job. Helpful staff, good meals, clean room.

Not applicable this hotel was disgusting,it was dirty ,air con didnt work and it was 46 degrees outside so we asked for a refund and checked out and found much better accomodation elsewhere which left us $150 out of pocket would not reccomend at all

Good value and convenient for two one-night stays. Good food in the hotel. Friendly staff. Not fancy, but adequate.

Place wasn't clean, dust everywhere, microwave dirty as were bathroom fans. Room was boiling when we arrived as aircon was turned off.Mattress and pillows should have been replaced ages ago
