Carnarvon Central Apartments

Easy to find and a quiet location at the rear of the units. A comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom unit. Rained that night and the carport would have been good but the van was too tall. Plenty of parking and well lit carpark. Staff were great and the beds were comfortable.A request for more towels was answered at night very promptly. I would stay here again.

No shower curtain. I think that was a simple mistake. Otherwise All good.

I was surprised when I went in how clean & equipped it was with everything. Very central!

The apartment was well maintained and the facilities were excellent.

Unfortunately, the management can't control the neighbours. We had a party behind us, which lasted until around 1am. They really enjoyed their herbals which we should probably have offered to chip in for as it came straight into our apartment.The apartment next door decided that a 2.45am door slamming competition was in order, and while we didn't win any comps we can judge that the first 3 were the loudest followed by the final 2 - the competition finished around 3ish.Apart from the neighbours the apartment was great - just unfortunate Saturday night shenanigans.

There is Netflix available. Spacious parking space. The bed was comfortable.

No dishwashing liquid provided even though you are required to wash your dirty dishes otherwise you will be fined if not done. No shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No laundry detergent provided for the washing machine.

Nice and clean, felt safe & secure. Conveniently close to the airport (ie, walking distance from the terminal), and walking distance into town.

Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and service was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well fitted out. The bed was comfortable. Easy access in and out from the north after a long day on the road

The one bedside lamp did not have a powerpoint to plug into and the cable did not reach the other side of the bed

Very tired property and in need of lots of maintenance, including a dripping toilet and noisy ceiling fans. No soap to wash hands, main bedroom blanket very worn with holes. 4 adults, adequate kitchen but only 3 dinner plates and 3 knives supplied. One 2 seater couch not enough for an evening to relax after travelling.

Great customer service! I arrived well after reception closed and the manager still came out to greet me and show me my room and where I could park my car. Excellent service!!!!

Location was good and the ability to park the car in the carport was beneficial.

The room smells so musky and old it was pretty bad.It also needs some TLC everything is old and bit dirty.

Mice,we saw a mouse run across the lounge in the evening..and in the morning plenty of evidence across the whole apartment.

Some apartments are too small for large families

Couldn't park our 4x4 under the carport as we had items in our basket
