Carnarvon Motel

Location and evening meal

Air conditioner did not work. Door to unit did not lock- we had to use the door chain to keep closed. Very bad security

The staff were lovely and helpfull

there were stains on the quilt covers. No face washers.

Friendly and secure

Waitresses English not the best

The room is spacious and clean, we have all the amenities we need for our 3 day trip. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was easy to get into. Restaurant for dinner was delicious and buffet has lots of options. Food and staff were amazing.

Maybe not having breakfast and lunch?

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with clean linen.

The beds were super comfy good nights sleep , fluffy towels .

Not catered for food allergies, bar closed at 9 pm

Clean and secure for an overnight stay to break up the long trip home.Food is also great

Comfortable and clean. Buffet dinner was excellent.

Nothing didn’t eat at the restaurant, the whole foyer smelt of fried food hours before the restaurant was open, not very enticing.

Friendly, happening place, felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. Restaurant was also great. Perfect for overnight stay when travelling.

Location was good. The staff communicated very well as we had a late check in and they made sure the key was in the lock box for when we arrived. The bed had nice clean sheets and the bed was nice to sleep in.

The room we stayed in 31, smelt like mildew and there was a hole under the sink cupboard which showed mould and other gross stuff. The sinks in the shower, sink and kitchen seemed to be blocked. It took hours for them to drain.I feel the rooms are very outdated and need some maintenance done to them. $200 plus a night is a steep price for a room of this standard.

Great after a long drive to check in, secure parking, hot shower, quick little nap on comfy bed little stroll to yummy buffet back to bed for a good nights sleep. All in a gated property.

Great for our family our kid loved the park and games room and the meal was good

Secure parking,Good locationHandy for dinner

Unfortunately no Breakfast was available

Clean rooms, nice beds, excellent location, great pool for tween. Very quiet - couldn’t hear noise from next door rooms.

The shower - a lot of water went out of the shower o to the bathroom floor.

Clean comfortable very spacious room

I don’t think the sheets were clean. They were a little smelly & a little off colour on one side with a few stains. The shower was as clean as I’d like it to be either. The fridge was also barely working unfortunately. The man at the front desk service was great. Ample parking & security gate for safely.

Always great service at reception. Rooms always impeccable, clean and fresh.

Wifi is very bad, cannot use. Also found with dinner at the restaurant that you need to eat a little earlier or not much food remains.

Location was great, property was very secure and fenced all around with front gate that closes at night, felt very safe, room was very clean and room service was great

Bathroom was a bit out dated, although everything worked fine and was very clean and Aircon took a bit to cool down the room being a box aircon summer.

Clean rooms, plenty of secured parking. Easy out of hours check in/out
