the roller shutter of the room couldnt be operated so there was no way to open it and t get day light (room #6)

Location, room, pet friendly, coffee/tea in room.Simple and yet comfortable.

I would not stay there a second time.

The bathroom was not in good shape. The tile was mouldy and the ceiling was soggy and dirty. The breakfast was barely adequate. The coffee was as good.

I stayed here for one night on my motorbike trip through Europethe room was very basic but at least it was comfortable and had good quality Wi-Fi and secure parking for my motorbike.The receptionist was very friendly and helpful-although there are limited options for food in the hotel but quite a number of restaurants within walking distance

The light switch for the bathroom I initially found confusing and in mistake I turned the heater on and the more times you clicked that switch the longer the heater ran ??‍♂️. A set up I hadn’t seen before

Easy access from motorway.

Heating in the room didn't work. The whole place needs a face-lift. Dirty curtains, tv stand broken. Someone fixed it with paper mugs. Overall a disappointment. Not coming back.

We've used this Campanile before Knew it was a good one with save parking for our motorcycles and only a short walk to the restaurants near by, definitely be using it again..

There's nothing to not like.

Stayed here as a drive by hotel, close to our route south. Easy parking, nice rooms and good breakfast.

Well placed for my trip

No milk in the room for the coffee/ tea making facilities. None were available at reception desk and they refused to give me some in a glass from the kitchen. I was not happy.

room was acceptable but very very cold. heating wasn’t present or the air conditioning wasn’t working.

the lady who received us was not at all polite with minor patience. first of all as she couldn’t find my reservation, she said I didn’t do it. luckily my family name isn’t common. then I had problems with my cards of which it was a very unpleasant situation for us as she wanted the payment on check-in. Her lack of diplomacy and patience was making me feel very nervous but I managed to control my situation ignoring her and then I finally solved the technical card problems.breakfast was very good with a kind educated waitress.

We had booked triple rooms with a second bed, but it seems there were none available.The rooms were OK, but one leaking toilet, building a bit shabby, etc

Campanile is in general good, free car park, room and facilities good, breakfast is good,

The breakfast was expensive but good, the power sockets in the room are blocked, so had to charge the phones and laptop in the bathroom,

We have stayed in Campaniles before and expected a reasonable, budget hotel with no frills and a good restaurant. That's exactly what we got.

Dinner menu was the same choice of three each night.

Nothing really apart from the road out of there.

The location looked like it was in a bad neighbourhood and didn’t feel safe leaving my motorcycle there. The shutters were closed and didn’t work so the room was in total darkness. Not worth the money.
