The Location

The position of the room was not convenient. it was located just beside the hotel restaurant. In the morning when people come for breakfast, makes too much noise.

The location was good.

The room was not so convenient. Specially, the toilet door was defective and couldn’t lock.

Cleanliness, size bed, friendly staff, good wifi speed, general upkeep

Very measly breakfast (only sugary stuff), noisy room

The price was cheap enough, although I've managed to find entire apartments for less per night but the bed was kind of comfy

The place is labeled as sound proof and secure parking, the sound proofing material they used must have been sound enhancing! Could hear every little tiny noise from every room in the motel and it is in no way secure, the main gate didn't even shut properly and left a gap big enough to fit my bike through, not that that would matter as the gate to walk into the compound wasn't even lockable which meant anyone could come and go as they please which is when my friend helmet was stolen and there was only one camera that nobody has access to. Very dodgy location as well. Will never stay here again and would avoid if you're thinking of staying

Room was a bit small and no airconditioning, after warm day it wouldn't cool down with doors closed...

Free secure parking for motorcycles.Very helpful young lady on reception called Melodie who efficiently sorted out a problem with a future booking.

The room was very small for 3 people along with all our motorcycle luggage, helmets and jackets etc. The en suite facilities were a bit tired.

You get what you pay for. Very cheap and simple. A bed and shower, close to the motor way. Ideal for a quick lay over on your way to a further destination. Rooms are small and reminded me of ship cabins. Pictures show this so you know in advance what you get. Close to some simple restaurants. A purely practical cheap stay.

Very noisy, a drink group came in at 03:00 and spent an hour shouting.

Good location. Basic room with private toilet. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory, baguette pieces, brioche rolls, cake, toast, yoghurt, orange juice and coffee. Restaurants near by were good for families including the Buffalo Grill bar.

Secure parking gate was broken so wasn't closed overnight. Room smelled like smoke and other guests smoked in the corridor meaning ventilation of room was not possible. Shower temperature was either hot or scalding. TV remote control didn't work.

It did exactly what it said on the tin! However, I arrived slightly off time, and once they staff inside realised they opened the door and checked me in. Due to an incredible thunderstorm I wanted to delay leaving on my moto for a while, and they didn't mind at all: thank you for being understanding.

Good for a night stop from France to The Netherlands. Not fancy hotel but fulfilled our need. There are some restaurants in the area.

Door did not lock properly, different kind of people as guests, loud in the night; if you need only a bed it’s ok but not for more days

The hotel was just off the motorway and easy to find

I have never seen such a small bathroom, being disabled I was unable to use it. The rooms for disabled at this hotel are only for a single person, as I was with my husband we were given a ground floor room. The breakfast is very basic save your money.

It was clean

No parking, it's full of vans, a work stopover, they even took up disabled parking spaces .The bathroom was triangular shaped and the smallest I've ever seen. I have stayed in better hotels for the same price.

Very basic ! Tiny room with cassette Shower room / loo. Some restaurants across the road and fuel nearby.Staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was OK for an included job.

Tap dancer room when om the bikes ?. WAS A LUG.we arrived late and left early . Town was fantastic and I'd deffo visit L'INSTANT, 16 Rue Pierre Bérégovoy, 08000 Charleville-Mézières, France. Best bar in the area by far and we visited a few !

Price/quality ratio. The hotel was just as I expected.

The hotel was not ready on time. The door was not airtight so it was cold. Zero contact via booking.com, they didn't reply to messages and didn't give instructions to check in

Great that it had a private bathroom. Excellent location. Close to a main junction, Buffalo Grill, and an all-you-can-eat Chinese.Plenty of parking with gates locked at night.Ideal for an overnight when you're touring

Hotel was easy to find. Just off the high way. Very friendly welcome by staff. Although the receptionist did not speak english she did what she could to help and explain Enough parking space. Our preferenance when we booked was a quiet room this was registered by hotel and given to us. corner 2nd floor, right side of hotel. The sheets were clean.Breakfast is offered for eur 5.90 pp we did not make use of it.

when we drove up to the hotel i saw a few men half dressed, leaning outside and smoking on different floors of the hotel. This didnt give me a good impression at all. Actually did not so safe in the hotel during the night. People from outside can come straight to your door as the door of your room is outside. They said the gate would close at 9pm but when we came back from Wok Planet restaurant everything was still open. Room was incredibly small for 3 persons! Shower and toilet on 1,5 m2. Everything wet when you shower. Everything in the room smelled of sigarette smoke which was so horrible to sleep in. There is a no smoking sign in the room but people just smoke i guess. Sigarette burns in the blanket. Window filters were black of mold and dirt. Never ever cleaned! We will not book again. Better spend a couple of euro's more for better health and peace of mind. This building is so ready for renovation or new building.
