Comfortable bed, great pillows, nice breakfast buffet. Also, very central location near Place Ducal and other restaurants, etc.

Paid in July via booking.com to be told on arrival we had to pay- couldn't sort it there and then despite having proof of payment. Parking was expensive.

Underground parking was great for our Motorbikes, close to to town centre with plenty of choice for food. Breakfast was good, plenty there and plenty of choice.

It was my third stay at the Kyriad. I travel on my own to visit family and friends and feel safe there. Following my request I was allocated a quiet room which was a good size for me and clean. I like the breakfast which offers plenty of choice. It’s only a short walk from the Place Ducale, town centre, market, shops and restaurants.

Coffee at breakfast

Nice hotel near the town square which was a 5 minute walk. We had a corner room which was bigger than standard and was really nice. Staff were really helpful and there was an underground car park for the motorbikes. This was €10 a night but worth it and we only paid for one space as two bikes fitted.

The breakfast area could get busy if the hotel was full though this was only a minor problem on one morning. The shower we had leaked water onto the floor which made it slippy, the bathmat was completely sudden after two showers despite our best efforts.

Location to Place Ducale. There is staff around the clock. Felt safe traveling alone

NO amenities at all… not even tissues in the room. Housekeeping not the best. No toiletries to speak of

Secure parking for our motorcycles under cover was a real bonus as the weather wasn't very good at times. We were able to load up under cover Hotel was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was fine

Hotel was within walking distance of this beautiful town. Room was clean and perfect for our stay. Secure garage parking for our motorbikes at a cost of 10 euros a night, but worth it for the the peace of mind. We didn't have breakfast or any meals at the hotel so cannot comment. The staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable beds.

The tea and coffee making facilities - on an enclosed shelf behind the door. But most of all I didn't like the disposable cups for the hot drinks. They were not insulated and I nearly burnt my hand taking the hot drink to the bedside. I thought they were very dangerous flimsy cups.

Good underground secure parking. Easy check in.OK location.

Long black hair in my breakfast. Told the guy and he was just like " well it's not mine, must be from whoever prepared breakfast overnight". So I went til the afternoon without eating as I had to travel.

Decent room, friendly staff and safe motorbike parking in the garage below. Easy walk to the town square

staff was unfriendly, I had to park my car in their underground parking, the garage door was opened.The staff saw me coming from the underground and told me that I can't park here without paying "I don't have the choice".Yes I know and I paid, please calm down.

The hotel is positioned about 300m from the town centre where there were pleanty of restaurants and a lovely large town square.Parking for the motorbike being underground and safe, was good and worth paying for.Staff were helpful and spoke Englilsh.

Modern comfortable hotel with secure underground parking for our motorbikes. Very good breakfast choice. Really friendly welcome at check-in helpful reception staff throughout our stay.

I booked a double room but had 2 single beds.

Breakfast was generally good, though ran out of croissants on one day. Plenty of choice, clean and well presented.

Our room was small and twin beds were very narrow.
