Nice room located close to the train and and easy walk to center

A number of times there was no one at the front desk which made access difficult.

Very modern construction and decoration

The bathroom had no door which was very unpleasant. Our bedroom was next to the entrance door which made a loud noise during opening and closing. They use a small cart in the morning for deliveries which went back and forth under our window on cobblestones making a very loud noise.

Poor parking for motorbikes. over priced and poor breakfast. Outside covered in builders plastic including obscuring the window in my room.

New concept. Breakfast items have to be chosen the evening before. No huge buffet so no need to scrap so much food. Fantastic way of saving food and energy

Light system in the room made me nearly crazy. but friendly staff helped me. Dining room was little cold in the morning.

The staff is very friendly

The interior designer of this hotel has implemented some features that do not work1. In order to keep the sunlight out when going to sleep, there are no curtains and one has to ask the reception to lower the electric shutters2. When trying to get in contact with the reception, the telephone is dead so one has to go to the reception to ask by yourself. Even then the shutters did not went down so we had to have to ask twice. Twice in the evening and twice in the morning since the system somehow needs more attention3. To separate the toilet and bathroom, two sliding doors are installed that refuse to slide with ease: they got stuck and make noise, which is very anoying during the night since you wake up your partner
