The location was so nice. Easy access to shopping centres.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Hairs were found on the bedsheet as we entered. The floor and the wardrobe were filled with dust and hairs.

We stayed here this january on a family holiday. The location and price we paid could not be faulted. The supermarket and lots of shops is located a stones throw away.Beautifully clean complex and swimming pool with pristine bbq area.We hired a car so all activities and beaches were within a 10-25 min drive away. Overall i cannot fault the accomodation for the price we paid for it

The house itself could definitely benefit from a little tlc. The carpets are extremely old and the beds all need renewing.The cleanliness wasn't up to standard and it didnt have a very nice smell at all upon entry. That said there is a hoover and nothing a new air freshener didnt sort. Like I say for the price we paid we didnt moan as the house itself did the job perfect and location etc I don't think you would find anything better for that price.

The initial booked room states 1 bathroom with addition shower which it didnt have. The apartment was old and run down.The very helpful staff were able to find another apartment for us which was lively and clean but still didnt have 2nd bathroom.Garage is for small cars only. As we had a ute we couldn't close garage door.Not all bedrooms had air-conditioning.

The location, private pool, clean and tidy.

The property was dated & had a lot of ants which occasionally entered the property.

Good location. Loved being right on the canal. Right next to shops. Beautiful beach close by. Skate park was close. Fully enclosed so I felt safe. Pool area was clean and tidy. Spa was warm.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. We found rubbish in cupboards from previous person. Window sills and shelves were dusty. Fly screen had a hole in it in the main door and bedroom door. Air conditioner didn’t work in bedroom. Main airconditioner was covered in mould. Oven wouldn’t work, could only grill. Microwave had rust visible on the inside. Upstairs balcony had loose slats and didn’t appear safe.

Our town house , although adequate in size very run down in need of maintainence.Kitchen tap nearly falling off , screen doors and wardrobe doors need work hard to open.Areas like filters on dryer. Air conditioners full of fluff and dirt.General clean before we arrived but definitely needs a full on clean.

such a nice view, waterfront and was beautiful!Ammenities were amazing such as the 2 pools and tennis courts. Came with a full kitchen as well.

Aside from the main bedroom the bedrooms were a bit small and made it hard to open up suitcases, but nothing major!

It was clean on arrival and so it made it easy to clean upon leaving ie standard. Close to the front gate, directly opposite the pool area. My grandson loved watching the fish in the waterfront backyard.

Only supplied with a tiny bar of soap.Apart from pots and pans, the kitchen was empty - no oil, salt or sugar.Only one small sachet of washing detergent.Dirty kettle. Some loose wiring on ceiling lights.No wifi or streaming servicesProvides a DVD player with no DVDs.

I loved the location and all the amenities especially the pool and spa.

The stovetop did not work in our villa, and we had already purchased $200 worth of meat and food for the week, which we had to throw out when we left. Had to purchase lunch and dinner for 4 kids all week which was not expected or ideal.The aircon to cool the rooms upstairs did not work, it was very hot.There was a bloos stain om the master room bed when we arrived which made me feel very uncomfortable. We had to take the sheet off and sleep like that all week.The outside light out the back didnt work which means you cant sit out there and eat after 5:30.Kids games room closes at 5.

I loved everything, it's a lovely place to stay. Clean and comfy, well equipped.

The cutlery drawers come right out if you pull them right open, but that's so minor. We loved it there, heck I could live there!

The location was perfect for our needs, there was a shopping centre a short walk which was handy for groceries, close enough to theme parks and surfers paradise if you want to visit. The pool is wonderful with a large spa and clean BBQ area, very tidy on the outside and I love waking up with a view, having two decks facing the water was lovely, and watching sting rays float past was wonderful. Air conditioning worked well and fans in each bedroom. Enough space for 5 of us, we didn't feel like we we're on top of each other. Staff were friendly and inviting.

Inside the place we stayed was quite dirty, every cupboard you opened there were crumbs, dust, dirt, cutlery and plates were dirty from previous guests, i went to get a pan out to cook breakfast on and there was old egg or something in it still. Shower screen had grime on it and old soap residue, There were weird brown drip marks on the back of the door in the bathroom. Carpet tacks/nails on the steps cut my daughters foot and stabbed me a couple of times which wasn't pleasant either. In saying all of this, I would definitely stay again. This is our second time here, and everything else is perfect.

The apartment was beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Pool and spa were great.

The rooms were so dusty we were all coughing and sneezing all day and night. The washing machine was very very dirty that it made our clothes even dirtier and when reception said someone would come take a look - no one came and we couldn’t wash clothes for a week

Location was good and reachable, stayed as 2 families (7 people) overall cheaper than up to 3 rooms anywhere else. Pool was nice, kids were in it alot. Local mall was handy.

So I read the reviews before going so had a pretty good idea the place was in need of refurbishment (4 bedroom townhouse with private pool). Either the house has been 'flooded' before or the frequent floor washing has caused pretty much all lower wall trim to swell, it's all MDF so no wonder it has, I would suspect it's been a historic leak or flood and the patch up is 'rough and ready' plenty of paint peeling off the walls in the laundry and water staining on some parts of the ceiling. Things that could make it better alongside a refurb. Downstairs toilet doesn't have a privacy lock so holding thy foot against is is required main bathroom the shower head spray is very narrow, the oven is very old, probably original, the 'in bench' chopping board is unuseable (for hygine reasons), most of the furniture is past it, couch is pretty broken. Main Bedroom seemed OK as did the 2 singles but the double bed support frame is broken so it made it sag towards the door, it's also a 'far too small' bed for a couple to sleep in. The rainwater collection tank doesnt work as a cap has been taking away which means when it rains all the rainwater just falls to the ground which makes it noisey to sleep though.In summary if the place had a good refurbishment including replacing all trimmings, paint, tile fresh up, furniture and appliance refresh, exterior paint, gutters serviced and replaced it would be a very nice place to stay

Pool and location was great

No housekeeping. Stayed for 5 nights and never seen any staff except for on check in. A little dated for a 4 star resort.

Amazing views from the deck and balcony, quite cosy, beds were very comfortable, sure inside looks a Lil outdated but it's still very nice and at an excellent price, I'm sure we'll be back. Kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub.

The bloody swans thinking they own the place when you're trying to enjoy some food on the deck haha.
