Small apartment with a tiny lounge, no where for us as a family to sit together.

Close to the beach

Only stayed one night. The facility was very well maintained and well managed.

Fantastic location,brilliant views room was good.

For an apartment with a kitchen it could have had a few simple extras like salt and pepper etc that dont cost a lot but are an inconvenience to buy for a meal or two.

Curtains were dusty..not enough towels.

Location was perfect, within close proximity to shops, restaurants , the beach and cafes. A lovely comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment right on the beach with amazing views. Very friendly, helpful staff. Washing machine and clothes dryer an added bonus.

The main bathroom is in need of an update, the tap controlling the shower was very old fashioned and did not work. There were chipped tiles and the actual shower doors were not really cleaned properly.

The size and cost of the room, It was described by my partner as no bigger than a dog kennel. For $265 a night for a small room like that and not even a great view of anything, we felt it was a bit expensive for what we got.

Location and view are great. Staff were friendly and reception area was nice.

Room decor was very basic. Air con did not work. Parking was a bit challenging at times.

Location to restaurants, beach and walks

The apartment did not seem clean, lack of outdoor chairs, difficulty to access the gym, not enough lounge seating for 5 guests.

We liked most that the hotel was located opposite the beach.

For the price and age of the building I think the room cleans should be offered daily. Also, we asked for a room high up but were told our room on L3 was the highest they could offer (of 21 floors!). We stayed here once before and enjoyed the location, pool and view (from L5) but will not stay again since we really came for the pretty view of Greenmount which was missing this time.

Stunning view, unit itself was lovely and the location was excellent.

The outside railing of the unit next door constantly rattles in any wind. Doing this throughout the nights meant poor sleep both nights. So that would be unit 1701 I believe.

Great ground floor apartment. Multiple balconies and plenty of room. Ideal for long term stays as well

Great location. Central to restaurants and beach within walking distance

Air conditioning was very loud and refrigerator was very loud at night

Location was great, fantastic view. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only issue was that the outdoor spa in the pool area was tripping the power circuit and not working at times (not heating, no bubbles).

Only small issues but maintenance was poor Broken slats in louvre blinds, broken ironing board, broken toilet seat which would not stay up unaided.

Did’t like it to stay

The washing machine and dryer in our apartment were not functioning. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided, and when we inquired about it, we were informed that it was unavailable.
