Very noisy corner street

View was amazing - the apartment was spacious and catered for all our needs. Staff were super accommodating after we lost power for the night and reimbursed us for this night. Great location would definately return

Kitchen could of been better equipped with Glasses/ cooking utensils

Large apartment, clean and all the facilities we needed. A great view from the living area. Very spacious.

Road noise in the master bedroom. Noise from below woke us most nights. On the weekend we had to sleep in the second bedroom to escape the noise. Triple glazing in the master bedroom, perhaps! In the other bedroom we had to put up with the external lights shining through. Curtains need replacing in both bedrooms and should include full blockout.

Spent x3 days ,lovely place to walk, lovely eateries, fantastic position.

Location

Door locking - it wasn’t easy to tell if the door to the unit was locked when inside, and on leaving you had to lock it with the key - this was not explained on paperwork, so we inadvertently left it unlocked the first few times

Very convenient to do stuff close to the beach and shops

The main bed was not very comfortable very old

Not great access for people with disabilities - a long walk in

Not having enough sets of keys for 5 people (2 sets of keys) Extra bed charges were expensiveLight coming through the back bedroom windows at night

Had what we needed nice pool

Excavator outside my room first morning early. Reception area smelled awful. Saw no staff in reception

Good location & view. Good size unit.

We stayed in unit 803. No power when we arrived. On-site manager fixed once brought to his attention. A/c was not working whilst we were there (3 nights). There is too much external noise to sleep with the balcony doors open so a/c is a must. Unit was rented out as we left so no a/c for the next people either. Balcony had not been cleaned.

The location is amazing - great shopping virtually at your doorstep. Stunning coastal views. Secure, safe and very comfortable. We will be returning.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything with perfect views

The musty smell of the bathrooms that have no windows or exhaust fans

The complex was good and excellent location

Unit 604 was in poor/dated condition and felt like it was second hand furniture and mismatch of crockery/cutlery and useless cookware. Had planned to cook often but couldn’t do it with what was in the unit

Location and the apartment was a good size. Also the pool was clean and well maintained.

Could have been cleaner and the pool loungers were very uncomfortable.

Location was amazing!! It was clean, comfortable, great view, pool was perfect for children, great kitchen!

Vacuum didn’t work, and the curtains in the main bedroom need replacing. That was all though!

Gym could be updated

Amazing location and view. So handy opposite the beach with supermarkets and restaurants just downstairs. Apartment had a lovely balcony and contained everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment cleaning was poor, we had to go and purchase products to clean the floors on arrival as they were sticky and seemed to be covered by a greasy film.

Great location. Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Would definitely stay again.

The lifts stopped working for a short time one morning and had to use the fire stairs. Was a little inconvenient but luckily the lifts were back up and running again so after.

Street noise but not the property’s fault! A higher floor may have negated this
