Location

The room was very dated , mould in the bathroom, the vent in bathroom was thick with dust as was fake flowers in bedroom , couch was worn and dirty

Interior lights inadequate

It was close to facilities we were needing to get too and that the location was ideal. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The views off the balcony were magnificent. Watched the whales every morning while having breakfast on the balcony. The location to all attractions, the beach , the cafes and supermarkets. Also the local shops -very close as we walked everywhere each day. Enjoyed the beach and the atmosphere.

Toilet seat broke and no-one came to fix but it was a public holiday.

Good location opposite the beach & next door to a few convenient stores, 7/11 and bakery etc.‘Studio’ is really small and didn’t even have a door, just a curtain. The light outside in the walkway shines brightly through the window all night.Single beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable.We had neighbours upstairs & you could hear their children running around & moving furniture.Staff were very friendly. The place was clean.

We were on level 7. Lift broke down on day 2 to 5 and as I am 80 I could not leave the unit.

The lifts did not work for the whole stay, lift techs there for 2 days.

Elevator broke down, so we had to carry everything down to the car without assistance.Lady on reception was a Dragon

Location Pool

Ground floor apartment has very little security. Person could easily scale the fence and steal towels/ bathers/ laundry. Front door not locked between 7 am and 7 pm so lift accessible to public, which means the car park does not have security in these hours. No swipe card necessary in lift.

Location great, the view was good to the beach and close to services

The pool temperature though it was quite refreshing

parking was easy and they had guest parking for visiting family. great location across from beach. kitchen fitted out well. 6th floor so great views, when doors closed very quiet. nice pool and spa pool. reception staff very helpful and accommodating. dryer and washing machine provided, dishwasher, iron and vacuum , very useful.

unit 606 floors needed good clean feet became black walking on them and the higher surfaces like the fan. 8 day stay so 2 towels each would have been nice but was able to wash and dry in laundry. air con system extremely loud and fluctual. some crockery chipped and hairdryer broken, advised reception and they sorted. 3rd bedroom was very tiny and didn't have a proper door on it just a concertina pull across, very claustrophobic. need curtains in back bedrooms as only venetian blinds and sun screams in at 4am in the morning. needs an upgrade for flooring and furnishing.

Air con did not work. Very tired and in need of updating.

How beautiful and clean ,and how the staff where do helpful and so friendly I'm going back it feels like home x

Pretty basic limited number of towels toilet paper soap dishes cleaning products etc

Great location, with only a short walk to the beach, park and a selection of cafes and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony and the the apartment was a great size for four people. The apartment and the building overall were clean and the pool area kept tidy.

Flyscreens in the room would be nice to allow the breeze to flow through and listen to the ocean at night. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, however there were a couple of dirty food containers left on the kitchen bench and the oven tray not cleaned. These appeared to have just been forgotten to be attended to between guests. We got rid of the containers and cleaned the tray and passed the information onto reception. It did not ruin our stay in anyway.

Property was in a great location.

It started with being unable to check in at the said time of 2pm. We were not able to get into the room until 345pm. The aircon did not work in main bed and bed 4 so 2 children slept In lounge room. Brought this to managements attention twice - the last time was told they couldn’t do anything until we left. 3 TVs in the property but only one worked. Once again advised management and they brought a set top box up. Advised it was the actual TVs that would not work. Was told they would see what that could do but never heard from or saw management again. Was incredibly difficult with 8 people in the apartment raging in ages and only one functioning television Also advised of termites or similar coming out of wood panels in 2 bedrooms, showed images of same again, nothing advised to us
