No fan or air con in living room, had to leave balcony door open with a toddler

Very quiet area, beautiful view, not far from some restaurants.

Hugely disappointed in that they don't have air conditioning. It would have made me more comfortable especially with the humidity

The windows open and close with a lot of difficulty. The rollers seem to be worn out! The bed is very firm which is uncomfortable. There are not enough cushions.

Location was fabulous! Loved the pool and the walkway for morning walks.

It was a little dated and could probably do with a bit of a facelift for the price.

The car didn't fit in the car park due to height, so I unloaded luggage on the road.

Great location overlooking beach - apartment well equipped - good beds, clean, fresh linen - fabulous views. Big TV with Stan & Netflix

No air conditioning. Ceiling fans in bedrooms only. In 30 plus degree heat was not good. Will come back but perhaps not in hot summer months⁹

Beautiful location - beachfront and close walk to shops/coffee. Also an easy busy ride to different part of the coast with the stops right outside the apartments. Pool and rooftop spa are great. Great breeze so rooms were really cool. Have stayed here multiple times and will book again.

The location was awesome, walked across the grass and onto the beach. The only problem being…….no flags for a safer swim.The apartment had been recently refurbished, and was beautifully presented. The view from the fourth floor deck was stunning, up to Surfers Paradise, and down to Coolangatta. Looking forward to another holiday at this lovely property.

The only whinge I could come up with would be the car space we were allotted, it was a bit tight getting in and out in a big vehicle. Just grateful to have under cover parking thank you.

A larger terrace would be better but it will not stop me at all to book again here!

The apartment was reasonable and the ocean view great .

The quantity of supplies was very poor . 1 satchet of dishwashing liquid , dishwasher tablet and spare toilet roll . There wasn't a lot of teabags / coffee or toiletries. There certainly wasn't enough of these supplies to last the 3 nights / days we were there .

Awesome location. You couldn't get closer to the beach. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. I want to live there

Having to get the car out before checking out was the only thing that was a little inconvenient and of course parking elsewhere before you can check in as the carpark is locked and no driveway parking .

This good be better if the towels were changed and also if toilet paper were provided for the length of the stay, and minor things like soap, etc

Had a wonderful 4 nights in renovated apartment 38 . The apartment was perfect and stocked with everything you need . Location was amazing across from the beach

The friendly reception and well maintained gardens made up for the grubby furnishings

The furniture were old and well used.

Position was excellent having family that live in tugan.

Be handy to have spare toilet paper and garbage bags.

We hired two apartments. One was recently refurbished and lovely and the other was a little dated but suited our teenagers well.

Only one thing the wardrobe door in the kids bedroom has a glass edge showing and is very dangerous. Didnt get a chance to let use know.

Brilliant location within walking distance of shops & places to eat/clubs. Really clean and modern units.

My only gripe would be the rooftop hot tub/spa wasn’t working and not advised

Location was perfect. The beach and pool was right there with a nicely maintained grassy Area, it was exactly the location I wanted and needed. It definitely didnt seem over crowded especially considering it was easter weekend. We were able to lounge on the pool chairs, use the spa, cook on the BBQ, and sit outside on the grassy area comfortably without the pressure of too many people at once. The beach was lovely and quiet with easy access right at your doorstep. I loved having a laundry and a full size kitchen, plus the cupboard full of pool toys was a nice little suprise! Nice and spacious apartment with a 6 seater dining room table plus 2 comfortable lounges for the family to sit on. Great location and would definitely stay again!!

Room 39 (level 4) No air con, and although there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms there isnt one in the lounge/main seating areas of the unit, and the fan in the main bedroom remained at the same slow speed no matter what level ypu dialed it to The electrical ports sparked every now and then when turning things on and the whole facility blacked out for about 15 seconds around 8pm. The door to the main bedroom wouldn't close so we had to put our suitcases up against it to close it so our 2 yr old could sleep without having to hear noise from the loungeroom. The apartment Definitely could use afew touch ups but all in all you just can't beat the location and the view.
