Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Great pool. Amazing view.

Chrome strip and plastic water seal on shower floor very dirty. Jatz biscuits and crumbs and 4 month old paper found behind lounge. Cleaner was sent up to clean behind lounge immediately.

very spacious apartment with wrap around verandah, great location - easy to walk to beach, cafes etc. We had a private pool for afternoon sunny swims. Great storage and well stocked in Kitchen. Main bedroom wardrobe big and lots of hangers. Handy to have the trolleys to carry luggage from carpark to apartments.

Main bathroom - the shower huge which is great, except a huge flaw in the design as the water doesn't drain well so it ends up spilling out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. We had to keep switching the water off and cutting showers short to avoid this. No wardrobe or drawers to store or put clothes in the x2 bedrooms. Would be good to have some sun loungers (or any furniture) inside the pool area so you can sit and watch kids swimming.

Excellent position with beautiful views. Very comfortable space with everything available. We were out most of the time so didn't get to use the facilities like we would have.

The unit did need a little updating and painting. This did not take away from the stay.

Spectacular ocean view... Very beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom. And spa tub inside room.

No cooking oil. And the cleaner really needs to keep check on the dusts and stains, including side tables within the entire place.

Nice spacious apartment with good views

AC kept resetting itself to 25 degrees. We stayed for over a week and had to provide extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid when only enough for 1-2 days was provided.

Location was good

The place smelled awful, one of my companions had to leave and book another hotel. Spoke to the nice lady in reception but she couldn’t do anything to help. Was told to take my complaint to booking.com

Walking distance to beach, cafes and Kirra Beach Hotel

Kitchen had everything that was needed. Plenty of seating etc, good TV

The aircon in the lounge/kitchen area was not working. We reported it straight away but no one came to look until after 5 o'clock. (it was a Friday) so we were given 2 fans to see us through the weekend.

Close to the restaurants and beach

Would have loved a face washer.If you place thick quilts on the beds, either install ceiling fans in the bedrooms or let guests turn the aircondtioner down lower than 22degrees. Far too hot so just slept with a sheet.

Fabulous location with expansive ocean views. Beautiful infinity pool. Large apartments with good sized bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Well maintained grounds. Enjoyed riding our bikes along cycle way. Close to airport

Great sized apartment for a family of 6, big bedrooms and good sized lounge room with a large balcony. Location was good, a very short walk to North Kirra beach and Surf Life Saving Club which are both excellent. The pool was great.

The view and location were amazing.

The pool is very shallow so may not suit everyone.

Clean and spacious

WiFi was intermittent on the first night then didn’t work for the next two days. The lower floor location also meant that there was quite a bit of traffic noise

The 3 bedroom apartment was a great size. Pool and sauna were great. Never busy in either.The Manager Karen was sooo friendly and welcoming!!

I wish it was a king size bed in main bedroom.

The managers were so lovely!! Super easy check in, room was clean and stunning location.

It’s not very child friendly, the owner occupiers made you feel very unwelcome in the pool area, the kids were asked to stand to the side so the older owners could swim laps (not a lap pool) we also were approached about the kids leaning against the edge of the pool apparently 2 seperate body corp owners had complained. We could also see them staring over the veranders at us just watching. Definitely felt very unwelcome by them.

Great location, amazing view and a very clean and modern apartment.

We liked the room and amenities. It was perfect for a family of 6. So close to the beach and easy walk to cafes.

That there wasn't enough supplies provided. I know the room was advertised as self sufficient. However, for the amount of money per night, we should have been supplied enough toilet paper, detergent, laundry liquid and dishwashing liquid for our stay. At least one per day of each.

The view was great. Apartment was spacious but needs a bit of love and attention. Beds were comfortable.

3 Bedroom Drawers weren't clean inside. Kitchen had a pot with rubbish in it, I know it is hard for cleaners to check everything and it looked like maybe a child had wanted to make a stew out of papers and salami stick. Vacuum cleaner didn't work. Disappointed that we didn't have access to external spa.

Staff were so lovely, room was very clean and spacious, quiet area and close by to everything. Really a wonderful place
