Location

Hotel in poor condition, wall yellow color, doors scratched, old furniture old carpet. Bed smells in the corridor. In 5 days my stay hasn't been clean.I wouldn't recommend staying at the hotel as it looks like nobody cares what is happening in the hotel.So good location so bad condition.

Nice view of Surfer's Paradise beach, friendly staff and great pool/outdoor areas. Large living space and plenty of room.

Room decor and in-room conveniences a bit dated. A few cracks in walls and ceiling showed the room a bit worn and needing some TLC

My daughter loves the pools. I love the space.

Building is a bit outdated.

Facilities are all here. There are BBQ, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, spa, and gym room.

Rooms facing the main road are noisy especially during the night time.

Davinder the assistant manager refused my stay as I arrived with my 4 year old daughter and 12 year old son, reservation was in my name but as the card was a business card with husbands name he accused us of potentially charging back the $377 for two nights, we offered to send authority, give a second card, some sort of solution but instead late in the evening he refused us, sent us away and told us to contact booking.com for a refund . So far booking.com and mantra have not refunded us or sent any replies. Davinder is apparently the assistant manager and in all my years of travel have never experienced a ruder person than this bloke, it’s shocking he has this position of an assistant manager,

Location, easy accessible to Tram

WiFi was bad didn’t support online meeting. Keeps disconnecting every minute. Didn’t address even after complaint also.

The fridge froze my lactose free milk and the staff repaired on request

Breakfast was terrible at the facility. Hot buffet was cold. The eggs poorly cooked. Staff good but food terrible

Friendly staff, big rooms ,Clean and tidy lovely view. Bug kitchen comfy beds

Great large apartment and located right next to a tram stop.

Before our arrival we were not told about maintenance work happening on the outdoor pool and slide which meant it was closed. We would have cancelled our stay here and stayed elsewhere as we have a 7month old baby who we needed the shade of the pool area for and couldn’t take her to the beach as we had no way of creating any shade. We believe we weren’t told about this due to the fact that we probably would have cancelled our stay and the hotel would’ve lost out on money. When asked if there were any sister hotels whose pool we could use, we were ignored. The lack of communication from the hotel continued as one afternoon when we were getting ready to go out for food two window cleaners appeared at our windows (the whole living room area was windowed). Great apartment but completely sneaky and unprofessional behaviour by the hotel so we wouldn’t give them our custom again.

We booked the Ocean View apartment and the view from the apartment was very good.

Breakfast was below average. Wouldn't recommend booking it with the breakfast.

Great hotel for kids, pool area with the slides is a fun way to spend a few hours in the sun by the pool.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean, we will return as it’s perfect for kids. Pool cafe could do with some healthier food options.

The view lookout to Mt Tambourine. The shower was superb with high pressure and the bed is comfy.

Yes, very good. Gentleman running breakfast very friendly and very pleasant. Nothing was a bother to him.

The pool eating area could have been open till 5 for people to get something for dinner.

We loved the bed, it was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The view was great and the room was small but had everything we needed including plenty of coat hangers, a safe and iron and ironing board.

The show was small and had terrible water pressure and was not hot we had to have no cold water on at all just to get some heat, there was no exhaust fan either. There was bread plates and a small amoput of cutlery but could have used a toaster in the room. Plus really stinks that you had to pay extra for parking, previously it has always been free.

Buffet breakfast was great

The loungeroom had a old lounge and not very comfortable ..I've been to mantra atleast 10 times in my life and this was the first apartment I've had with a dated lounge that wasn't comfortable. Only few pots to cook with that food always stuck to and we had to request a non stick pan .fridge makes alot of ticking noise ..views where great from apartment and rooms were spacious but beds alittle hard in kids room.

Nice & cleanWiFi didn’t work in our room so we had to move room but they couldn’t accommodate us first night as no housekeeping so had to stay in room with no wifi - luckily business meeting was the next day!

I booked a One-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View and the receptionist had a great and patient attitude.I did request for a higher floor on Booking.com and was arranged to 29th floor as a result, which was trustful and generous of the Accor manager.Besides, you can leave your luggage here when you just check out and are waiting for your flight or switching to another hotel.The ocean view is so nice and clear and overlooking the building from the balcony can be exhilarating.However, at first late night, I came back and the room card worked fine at front door, lifts except for my room door, so I realised the sensor of the room door lock was malfunctioning, not even showing any lights.Thereafter, I went down to the reception desk and no one was there but a minute later, fortunately there came a man and was willing to help out.As a result, he said it happened because I did open the balcony window when I just checked in, but the weather got much worse, rainier and windier than I thought after I went out at 4 p.m.Because it was extremely windy and rainy, which was impossible to go out to buy drinks, I went down to B1 (card scanned)and there were a few vending machines selling chips, soft drinks, and energy drinks.Moreover, the quilt on the bed was very thin that you can easily feel cold after hours; however, there were some blankets for more warmth while sleeping if you need them.In conclusion, the location is so convenient that you can just go to the side door of the hotel and reach the tram station (surfers paradise north) directly but when you return, you need to take out your room card to scan the sensor to enter again.Overall, I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10!
