- Having to pay for wifi is a joke even though I am a mantra group member
- No free wifi, the $200 deposit, charges for local calls, poor customer service, someone else's hair in the shower (not clean!), their refusal to give me a receipt upon checkout, the binder clip I saw when I pulled back the bed covers.
