Clean, good facilities and close to public transport

One lift didn't work during our stay

Location was great, quiet and only a 2 min walk to nearest tram stop. We had a partial sea view room but exceeded our expectations, and other view was the river and hills, awesome.

At peak times during the day, the lifts were very slow, but in saying that it only affected us twice in our 2 week stay.

Comfortable room on 15th floor with a view to Coolongatta, nice pool out of the wind.

Parking spaces were cramped and not really suitable for a utility. .

Great location, beautiful views, close to light rail, good atmosphere and amenities.

It wasn’t very clean- other people’s rubbish under the couch. Also expected to remove your own rubbish but not enough bags etc and limited info around what to do with it.

Good affordable optionWe were a group of females they provided a fold out bed which was fantastic It’s not glam or flash but it’s clean comfortable and pool/gym/spa is fantastic. Close by everything Train super assessable too

We booked a room for 3 people but they allocated a room on the lowest level of the building with everything for 2 people. Had a lot of problems with sleep.

Nice views, good location, great spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped.

The carpeting of the apartment could use an update.

Really spacious apartment and great location

It was quite basic with a basic level of kitchenware. The apartment also could’ve done with an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer to air dry clothes.

We booked 3 units of Ocean view Apartments for a big family from oversease, but they only gave us 2 Ocean view apartments and the 3rd was a steeer view on level 4.

The furnitures were absolutely old, We killed 2 Cockroaches in the kitchen. The floors were so disgusting to a point that our feets went black. No oven tray to cook. No milk in the fridge to start our day. One of our key tag was for another level and at 9:30 at night I could not get to level 4, I called the after hours phone number and holding on to my phone for half an hour, but no one answered. My toddler was crying and wanted milk. I had to call my husband to come back from fishing to bring the other key. We could not get into our apartment until 11:30 at night. I would not be recommending this place if you have guests from oversease. The management really needs to do something to sort so many things out. We are humans, not animals to live like this.

Apartment size, spa and facilities. Location location location!

Excellent location, price was good, staff very friendly and professional. Endless supply of coffee packets, dishwashing and laundry soap!

We were staying a week. The room wasn’t really as pictured on the website. I had asked for a room on “around” floor 10 and we got floor 4. I thought they could have done better than that. As a result, the tram and car traffic woke us up a lot during the night. Also there was no blanket or duvet on the bed? - had to ask for that.

The location was great close to trams , shops, beach restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The only thing would have been the swimming pool as the sun doesn't get on it and the temperature of the water was not 26c as we were told

Location was great similar distance to cavill lane and broadbeach which was great. Short walk to the beach

The aircons not being in separate rooms as some like it colder then others and my partner was hot all the nights we stayed so didn't get much sleep.

All rooms were presented nicely and clean.

Only 1 set of keys was frustrating, especially as needing tag to get into building, up lift and into carpark. fire alarm was frustrating but couldn't do much about that.

This apartment has everything we need especially washing machine and dryer and swimming pool, those good for when you traveling with kids. Staffs was so friendly, location was nice.most of all the ocean view was such a breathtaking, we truly enjoyed stay.

Bit stained furniture and no doonas...just coverd up only single sheet. But It was ok as weather was not cold.

Great location and parking includes in price.

Was old and needed a Reno. Had a bath and tub was filthy so had to get out. Dust on shelves and toilet still had poo left in it when arrived.
