The bed is the room was 2 single mattresses put together, the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had. No towels or mats provided so had to call after hours reception. Some rubbish under bed and in cupboard from previous guests

I stayed here for work. Quiet, great location, good facilities in the room. A little old yes, but everything was in good working order and I was comfortable. I didn't use it but I thought the library in the foyer was a great addition.

Nothing comes to mind. I would have liked to try the pool & gym facilities but my work schedule did not allow for it.

no flyscreens.cleaning checkover lazy. completely inadequate shower screen left water flooding floor.lack of bathroom privacy. no coathangers. tv not working was replaced, so many maintenance issues to list.spa broken. eventually got looked at. management often ignored intercom outside and after hours call service needed several calls to activate. For Accomodation at this cost it was very annoying to have to address many issues. there are better places, PS, Microwave was filthy in side, hadn`t been cleaned since last guests,

It was a well-located apartment that had a wonderful view of the beach and the sunrise.It was close to the local light rail and a short tram ride to other tourist areas.The apartment had great staff that were more than helpful and very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

There wasn't anything to dislike about the apartment and it was just far enough away from the main area of Broadbeach that it was nice and quiet.

I loved that it had a washing machine and dryer, as well as, a built-in spa ! Foxtel was an incredible bonus. Usually you have to pay extra money to see movies and that, but this time it was included with the room.Having a full kitchen was also amazing to help save extra bucks on eating out. Very spacious apartment as well.

The beds could use a little improvement. They were too soft for my like and our room had two single beds joined together so there was obviously a gap in the middle, so for couples it could get a little annoying, but nothing major.

In the room there was these leather seats and they were falling apart. I sat on them once and bits of the leather left with me, other than that the room was amazing even with the touch of our spa bath having a window which let's us have our beach veiw.

From the very first evening, we encountered issues that significantly impacted our experience.Upon arriving, we found that the air conditioning was not working, leaving the room extremely muggy and uncomfortable. We were unable to stay there that night and had to wait until the next morning for assistance. When a staff member arrived, she discovered that the issue was simply due to dead batteries in the remote control. This was not our fault, and we should not have been responsible for replacing them. The resort should have spare batteries readily available to prevent such inconveniences for guests.Additionally, upon arrival, we noticed chips and dirt on the floor, as well as dirt in the laundry and bathroom areas. Later on a dirty cup In the cupboard . We pointed some of this out to the same staff member, who then arranged a full service of the room. We appreciated that the cleaning was done, but the fact remains that the room should have been properly cleaned before our arrival.This same staff member also promised to get back to us regarding some form of compensation for the first night we were unable to stay. However, despite waiting for a response, we never received a call or any follow-up. Feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the unfulfilled promise, we ultimately decided to return the keys early and not stay for the third night we had originally booked. In the end, due to these issues and our dissatisfaction, we lost not just one night but two.This stay was meant to be a special occasion for someone’s birthday, and we expected a comfortable experience, good value for money, and for our concerns to be acknowledged and addressed. Instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed.Booked somewhere else

The property was very relaxing and quiet,all the amenities were very clean including the pool spa and sauna . The beach is just a short walk.The property was close to the tram station or a 10 minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

Great little apartment- pool/spa/sauna were great too. The lift wasn’t working so it was tricky but that’s a first world problem!

Great location and staff. Very good amenities. A bit old but generally in good condition. Has washing machine, dryer, kitchen which is good for long stay. Garage parking also convenient if you have car.

Bed was not good, it had two single mattresses instead of normal queen. The bed's headboard was detached and made sleep uncomfortable as it moved all the time.

We booked with a spa room and we had to argue with the staff to have us moved That room was good but the staff???

Fabulous views. Good basic facilities. Close to the beach and coffee shops. The pool , spa and sauna were great. On site parking was a bonus to have.

The air con was not very powerful and we needed to open our windows on the first night to get a breeze as it was very hot in the bedroom. Not being able to close the shutters into the bedroom to block out the light because then the air con couldn’t get through. Tv was difficult to figure out.

Good location, 5 min walk to the tram which was cheap and only a couple stops away from Surfers paradise, or could also take you out to the big outlet store or pacific fair.

There was an odd smell that lingered in the entire building from when you entered the elevator, up to our apartment. i suspect it may have been a cleaning agent they used but it wasn’t pleasant.

It was in a great location with good outdoor facilities. However it was not worth the money due to the appartement being old and not that comfortable

The facilities inside the appartement were not that great, and not really suitable as the bathroom is attached to the room and you need to walk through the room to access the bathroom.

The location is great . The resort ammenities are fantastic.

Cleaning left a bit to be desired. Outter edge of spa in bathroom was damaged and sharp edges .
